Review 1：Noisy neighbors and a bit chilly in the place but not the owners' fault as we didn't wanna bother them late at night to get the heaters working.
Review 2：Lovely owners, very helpful and caring. Very convenient location, close to all places we wanted to visit. Absolutely loved the jacuzzi, will try the sauna next time too. Had an ice rink outside which my boyfriend got to try out, as the owners were nice enough to lend their skates. Overall, very happy with our stay and we know we will be coming back whenever we're in Sigulda.
Review 3：Loved the owners, they were amazing! Location could not have been any more perfect for us. We were at the bobsleigh track everyday. Also, it was a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Review 8：The house itself is built in very economic way. Shower cage was leaking. If you do not like trains passing by - this place is not for you. Railway is ~100 m away from your bed.

Review 13：The apartment house is very conveniently located. It is just a short walking distance into town and to the train station. Baiba, the owner, was very friendly.
Review 14：You could hear the train, but that was only a minor disturbance because it was so infrequent - but the insulation to the Appartment above was very bad. We could hear the guests above walking around clearly. The staff was nice, but seemed very hectic.

Review 18：ALmost everything. We did not try any of the offered services but there are quite some. (All for a certain - but not high - additional price.) The owners live in the house next door and always ready to help.
Review 19：Unfortunately there was a problem with leaking water in the apartment. The water was leaking in the bathroom. Although the owners stopped the leak there was a smell of humidity. Blackout blinds would be useful as the curtains don't cover the windows completely and therefore don't hide the light coming in from the yard at night.
Review 20：The apartment is located in a nice and calm place, at the same time it is close to the center of the town. Shops and restaurants are close by. It is well equipped, there is everything you need to prepare a meal and a nice garden in the front of the house.The owners are very nice and helpful.

Review 25：Perfect location to explore Sigulda and National Park. Very helpful hosts (who live next door). Full kitchenette with cutlery and dishes for self catering (supermarket 5 min. away). We'll maintained yard with outdoor table, BBQ, trampoline for kids, etc. In a quiet area, a 15 min walk from restaurants. And the owner's dog Brunis is super friendly!

Koht täitis kõik meie ootused ja enamgi veel ;) Sõbralik ja abistav pererahvas. Suur hoov - lastele olemas kiiged, batuut, liivakast. Toidupood paari jalutusminuti kaugusel. Ideaalne variant lastega peredele, kes ei taha suvel väikeses ja kinnises hotellitoas oma puhkust veeta :) Kindlasti soovitame ka teistele!

Review 37：I was in the room on ground floor. The windows are on the garden side and all the people who are staying in hotel are passing buy. If I want some privacy I have to keep the window curtains closed at all time. Bed mattress was too soft for my back.

Review 44：We travel with kids so the fact of having a garden is a goal. The kitchen is totally equiped, it even has a dish washer! It is situated 3 minutes from a big supermarket and 7 minutes from the city centre and the railway station.
Review 45：Sigulda city centre nearby, reachable within 2 minutes by foot-walk. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was elegant and very well and equipped. The garden is very spacious, there are some acitvities (e.g. swing, sandbox) for kids available.
Review 46：The setting was perfect; 5 minutes walk from the train station and town and 2 minutes from big grocery store. So pretty in the winter with a family made ice rink in the back and enough skates and sticks to go around so we could play some hockey. Such a warm, accomodating and welcoming family and the apartment was modern, nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed, even a high chair and baby crib. Highly recommend this place if you take the lovely trip out of Riga to Sigulda!

Review 48：Very friendly owners, told us lots of useful things about the town, what to see, what to do, etc. Very nice design, clean and stylish. There is a small skating rink near the hotel, the owners provide skates.

If you're not used to the long days from the north this means you'll probably wake up every hour because the room is already very clear early in the morning :). WiFi signal wasn't very strong in our rooms, had to take the iPad outside to get hold of a connection.
