Review 1：Stability of Wi-fi (sometimes non-existing, despite it seemed to be very few guests staying at the hotel in the periode we were there).

Review 2：Nice hotel, we got a good off-saeson deal. Ended up staying 4 nights in stead off the planed 1 nigth. Warm welcome. Very nice lady in reception. Nice clean beach. Nice and clean area. Great balcony.

Review 3：Very sad for the area, you can't swim in the sea without cutting yourself on rocks both myself and my youngest son had nasty gashes within 3 minutes. We had to go to Sabaudia to swim. Internet poor. Restaurant now meat or chicken? The are was empty indicating other tourists experience the problem swimming here.

Review 5：Beach is a bit not very convenient: there are a bit dangerous to swim as there are stones not very deep and there is a chance to hit them and get injured It is not a formally first line: there is a road between hotel and beach It is pretty far from city center: around 2km to walk would you need to look for another restaurants or any shops.

Review 6：Hotel territory: there is very smart parking for cars, everything is very nice and green The room: it is nice and convenient The restaurant is located next to the sea beach and the kitchen is excellent! Service is also very good.

Review 7：The downside being off season is the poor breakfast they are offering but it's not the end of the world...rest was just excellent!

Review 8：The location(hotel) is very nice and clean. Is it very close to the beach and the sand&water are amazing! We were off season(end April) and only a few people were on the beach which creates you the impression of freedom and it's more relaxing.

Review 11：definitely not 4 stars hotel, maximum 3* small hotel with pore service. room service costs + 10Euro no massage, no fitnes (in 4* hotel !) swimming pool is near the sea, not just nearby the hotel very poor breakfasts, lost of flies in the restaurant where the breakfast was served

Review 21：We stayed at the hotel for one night on a drive from Naples to Rome. It really was a fantastic stopping point and was one of the highlights of our trip! After the hustle and bustle of Naples it was just beautiful to be right on the beach with such peace and quiet. Fantastic facilities, excellent attentive staff, Andre especially so! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Fantastic place to stay.

Review 23：we were coming from Rome to enjoy a few days on a special beach and were delighted in what we found. Friendly and helpful service from the reception to the bagnino on the beach. The STIVA restaurant had great food and is located right on the private beach. As a result we prolonged our stay for some more days. Excellent location for a trip to the Isle of Ponza and the picturesque historic center of San Felice.
