Review 1：i stayed at height of japanese new year so it was extremely busy and full, this added to an unrelaxed atmosphere for me, sadly some other guests leave their sense of politeness at home and make as much noise as they like.the corridors are so noisy in the mornings due to guests letting doors slam !! why not just shut it quietly like we did ????

The beds are small but very comfortable for this hotel class. There is a humidifier in each room; bathroom are recent and clean. We had 2 rooms at the top floor. It was really quiet. Perfect location: 10 minutes from the station and from the castle; very close to many restaurants. The staff is friendly and is doing its best to welcome you. The breakfast is included in the price and is sufficient to satisfy even picky customers such as our kids. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 33：The WiFi didn't work in the room nor at the ground floor. The staff (with limited English skills) agreed that this was a problem but had no idea how to help. They allowed me to use a computer at the entrance at no charge. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Good Japanese breakfast. Located at walking distance from the railway station. I also walked from the hotel to Himeji Castle. I used this hotel in Himeji as a base from where I also visited Okayama and Kurashiki. But you can also have your base in Okayama (a bit bigger than Himeji).

Review 35：Breakfast was good, very clean, very helpful staff. Walking distance 2k to Himeji Castle. Parking cost 520 yen per night.. Good breakfast. If you are looking for something a bit different to do try checking out a place called Taiyo Park. Its a western style castle that you enables you to put yourself into 3-D pictures, and also part of this is a garden park that thas replicas of many famous landmarks.... statues of easter island, statue of liberty, arc de triomphe(sorry about the spelling) , great wall of china and severl hundred full size terracotta warriors to name few... really strange to find all this here!
