Review 2：Hotel-spa has nice view to the unique nature,plenty of birds in the water canals.Place is not noisy and located in unique cape,nice clean atmosphere.
Review 3：Lack of service, no reception. The room was not ready for us by 6pm. Whole place smells like a hospital. WIFI available only on the ground floor in one tiny room. Poor breakfast, each guest had his meal served on a single plate - couple slices of ham, cheese and tomatoes plus ugly boiled sausage. The 'hotel' is not accepting credit cards. 50 euros they charge for a night is a theft in my eyes.

Review 5：Where was no reception what so ever. People where standing with lugades and didnt know what to do. When we found some staf nobady knowed a word in english. Romates were working til 22.00 and there was a mes everythere. Didnt understand why this hotel is on booking.com

Review 9：The worst experience we ever had with booking.com! DON’T USE IT AS A HOTEL !!!!! This is rather sanatorium or place for private partys. Althout we had a confirmed reservation, they started to clean our rooms only after our arrival at late evening. No reception, no service, no wi fi, rooms very unclean. Payment cash only without receipt. TERRIBLY!!

Review 12：Terrible customer service, no realreception, while checkin two girls where talking among themselves discussing what room to give us, no welcome no itroducion vety poor. Room looked horrific we asked for double bed and got a king size bed with two single size mattress which constatly slid apart which left a big hole inbetween the mattress. Breakfast was just terrible although the owners of the hotel had a fulltable of food for themselves we found that very unfair and disrespectful towards the guests. While checking out the owner asked me if I paid ornot as he's not aware of it. Once again poor service.

Review 14：The building is not finished and some parts that were recently built are already crumbling or faulty. Finishes inside are very cheap. Promised in common areas wi if doesn't exist. Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty and one of them was falling apart when pressed. The toilet seat kept breaking when sat on. The shower was so small that one could not bend over to wash feet. Room numbers were pieces of paper with a number sticky taped to the door.. Aircon did not work properly. And so on and so forth...

Review 16：This is advertised as a hotel but it is not. It looks like an old palace but it is newly built with cheap mass produced veneer furniture and decorations. There is no Wi-Fi, which was promised. Actually, half of the building is sublet to a sanatorium and a dentist (there are old dentist appliances all over the place). The bathroom light fell down and they did not bother to clean it up. Breakfast was terrible, we were afraid to get sick. Staff does not know a word of English and they did not know how to accept payment for the room. This place should NOT be on booking.com.

Review 18：This is more sanatorium with its specific medical odour rather than cosy hotel. When lady from the reception took us to our room, staff girl was sleeping in our bed :)

Review 20：The receptionist did not speak one word of English, not one! Very, veryvery weak wifi, and it is only in the dentist's waiting lounge. Therestaurant closes very early in the evening. Very poor breakfast. Lotsof hair and dust on the carpet in the room.

Review 23：beautiful place on the river. View from balcone to the river. Suitable for walking. Adventure:) Tikrai graži vieta, sutvarkyta krantinė. Viešbutis pastatytas kaip sanatorija už ES lėšas, bet vaizdas gerokai skiriasi nuo pradinio maketo. Savininkas viską papuošė kinietišku auksu, auksiniais fontanais, o pastato frontone net savo auksinį biustą atliejo :) Šeštadienio kaimo diskoteka su "laskovyj maj" stiliaus muzika iki 2 nakties - tikrai ne ramiai vietai gamtoje. Personalas nedraugiškas, mokėti - tik grynais ir čekio neduoda. Bet iš esmės viešbutis vertas dėmesio kaip lenkiško kičo eksponatas. Rekomenduoju :)
