The Maria Corta fishing port is locate just a few minutes from the hotel, while the beautiful blue sea that surrounds the island can be viewed from the hotel. This well positioned hotel offers a range of attractive and welcoming rooms, all of which are equipped with modern facilities including a private shower. Air conditioning is available in the summer months (from July 1st to August 31st each year) to keep you cool.
The hotel features a restaurant with a large terrace that overlooks the sea and offers some stunning views of this incredible setting. There is an outdoor swimming pool where you can cool off on a hot day or take a dip in the adjacent blue sea.

Review 1：Breakfast was appalling. Plastic food thrown on serving plates, no fruit, "fruit-juice" undrinkable. No attempt was made to make it look at all inviting. Very strange seeing as they clearly have a good chef. Paid for a superior room with terrace only to have a view of dense foliage above pool.

Review 3：Furniture was quite old and it smelt a bit moldy, it is too expensive for what they offer, it is not good-value for money, they should at least serve breakfast for this price

Review 5：I had understood that I had booked an ocean view room only to find our roomwas facing a brick wall. Of course I then have to pay more for the ocean room. That was a rip off. Make sure what you are getting when you book.

Review 8：Easy stroll to the small port, and thence the town. Cheerful staff. But best of all, was the path down to the water's edge, to sun bake on the rock or dabble in the water.

Review 10：Cliff-top location with amazing views. The pool area is stunning or you can walk down the steps and swim in the ocean. Not in the middle of Lipari town (not that I think Lipari would be all that noisy) but only a short walk to the small harbour and some amazing restaurants.

Review 11：Unfortunately WIFI access was only provided in the bar area. We were told however that rooms would be provided with connectivity later this year.

Review 12：We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in all regards. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and Breakfast was very good. What we liked most was the fantastic location by the ocean the beautiful pool area overlooking the sea and the unique access to the ocean. All in all a great stay.

Review 13：The pool was too salty. One young waiter was quite rude because we didn't understand what he said in Italian. The air conditioner would not go lower than 25 degrees

Review 15：The room asigned on the land side was very noisy with scooters and dogsbarking. They would not relocate our room. I would only stay again if onthe sea side, away from street noise. The general attitude of the staffwas marginal.
