Review 3：Staff is nice though would appreciate a little more care when making up the room, such as replacing the water and glasses. We were left several times with just one glass or no water. Some staff at the bar and restaurant should be further trained for more professionalism.

Review 15：We have traveled all over the world and this hotel was by far one of the best experiences we've ever had. The upgraded room was ready upon our early morning arrival, which made all the difference. The room was beautiful, clean and well-appointed. The best aspect for us was the professionalism of the staff, especially head concierge Federico Dalla Chiusa. He went out of his way to help us. A wonderful experience!

Review 22：It takes about 20-30 minutes walking to the city center. They were reluctant to allow for late check out after 1pm (a bit abnormal for frequent customers). Parking costs 50EUR per day.

Review 114：the doorman was a bit grumpy, unwelcoming. the food is extremely overpriced, especially the room service and the gourmet restaurant (the bar is more reasonable). the location is pretty depressing, across the street from very ugly building (but the trees in the mini-park are nice). don't pay for parking, there's a garage around the corner. the concierge misguided us to a restaurant, bad directions. the spa wasn't open so neither were the gym facilities so misleading from the name Grand Hotel & Spa.

Review 115：the hotel is brand-spanking new and absolutely stunning. reception staff is very friendly. the underfloor heating is fab. the bed and sheets are fab. relaxing whties/ beige tones in the hotel. good restaurant recommendations from the concierge. nearby artsy area is very cute - great shops/ restaurants. ask for a tea kettle and make your own tea.
