Review 1：Average breakfast.

Review 2：- Very nice location, with a little lake of it's own and a rowing-boat for free usage. - Good and very clean kitchen for shared use. - Nice host-family.

Review 3：We wanted to be in the country, having stayed in Riga for a week. Livkalni was just what we wanted--a country atmosphere. It is not fancy, so one should not expect a luxury hotel and all the amenities. But the staff--husband, wife, children and extended family, were just great. We felt like family when we left after our four night stay. One day we found some wild chanterelle mushrooms while walking through the woods and our hosts cooked up the mushrooms for us and made a delicious omelet. How great is that for hospitality?There is a very cute little bar, but no common area with couches or comfortable chairs to sit and relax/read. The breakfast room has a great fireplace, but only dining tables and chairs. It would be a great place to add a lounge area.

Review 4：There was a whole spider family in our room we had to deadl with as my daughter is afraid of all insects. Moreover it was a bit cold in the room.

Review 5：The property is located close to the national park and not that far from the city centre after all. The property owners are extremely friendly.

Review 6：The hotel has no management structure. Very random and poor breakfast. Was big problems to get a invoice. NB! They haven't warned, that they have only 1 additional bed in the hotel. Unfortunately we needed them 2, as we booked (2 separate rooms, additional bed in both rooms), and they confirmed our booking. PS! THE HOTEL DRAWS ITS SEWAGE INTO THE POND IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL!!!

Review 8：We liked everything here. Most importantly, this place is just beautiful - set in meadows next to the woods and overlooking a pond. The rooms were big and bright, the owners very friendly, the breakfast was generous. One room even had access to a completely new, perfectly-equipped kitchen.

Review 15：On a lovely property bordering on the National Park with a pond, begging ducks, charming hosts and an equipped kitchen adjacent to our room in a thatched cottage.

Review 16：The scenery was lovely. Our hosts loaned us bikes and we rode around for the whole afternoon, enjoying some food in a nice cafe and wonderful views. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and every effort was made for us. There was an event (family party) there the night we stayed so, great Estonian music was played all evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 17：Sometimes it was cold. Strange smell in the toilet. Not very clean carpet.

Review 24：The rooms had air-conditioning. There were welcoming bottles of water, shampoos and soaps. It's a very quiet area. The rooms are spacious.

Review 25：Two things: 1) there were 4 men from Slovakia living downstairs from our room. I talked to one of them and he was really nice, but as you can imagine, 4 grown men in a small room can get loud...especially as the beer flows. It was a very hot night when we were there so our window was open...making the noise level really high. Luckily we were there on a Thursday night and the guys went to work really early Friday morning....so things died down a little after midnight. 2) My guidebook (and all the signs in town guiding us to the B&B) said there was a restaurant on premise...but it's no longer there. Not a big deal (and the woman running the place gave us good recommendations), but we were a bit bummed to have to get back in the car.

Review 26：It was a cute, clean B&B with great views and grounds. The woman running the place couldn't have been nicer - she was personally so committed to making sure all our needs were met. She didn't speak much English so we communicated in broken German....but it worked for us. Also - her daughter spoke good English.
