Review 1：Overall the staff were very friendly, however there was one lady who was extremely rude and could do with attending a customer service training course. No decaf coffee

Review 3：You can hear the function room activities in some of the rooms, if they have something on the evening on the weekends, but it was not a problem for me.

Review 8：Lithuania is filled with lots of rich history set in well-preserved Old Town areas. It would be hard to beat this vacation experience if old world history and charm are on your radar. All the rooms in the very reasonably priced hotels we stayed in were larger than any we’ve seen in other European cities. The Smetlyne hotel location is close to a business district. For our purposes it was excellent because it was just a couple blocks from a church and cemetery where relatives were buried decades ago. A couple blocks in the other direction is the park along the Neringa River. This is a modern hotel with onsite parking. The interior is nicely done and the staff was helpful. We ate our supper at the hotel restaurant because there were few good options on a Sunday evening. However, the restaurant offerings were varied and of very good quality. Breakfast was very good. A nice buffet and hot entries as well, included in the price of the room.

Review 9：You have to tell the time when you want breakfast, so you have no flexibility how long to sleep in the morning. Restaurant is open in the evening only if you say you will use it.

Review 18：Quite modern hotel in the middle of the city. Clean, friendlu staff, parking, and good restautant when you can enjoy meals and drinks after your long trib through Poland and Lithuania. I havent time but when you plan visit the citi the location is ideal.

Review 21：Well, the wall clock battery had run down. :D And yes, you might hear music quite well if there were for example a engagement party going on in the restaurant. But the singers sang well and the music was good :D.

Review 23：Struggle with heavy bags upstairs. Also, hotel was nearly empty, so why put guests in adjacent rooms? Some people like to sleep at night, some like to drink and talk all night. Would be better to leave an empty room between occupied rooms.

Review 26：i like all the style of the hotel the breakfast for 3 stars hotel was be great with air-condition the rooms , in great possition the hotel 4 minutes walking from centrum of panevezys , the staff , and the clean was be nice very good , the big parking , and in breakfast to drink caffe out of the balkon was be nice experience, the staff they smile on you all the time its very kind persons and maybe they dont speak so much english but if you ask something they will find one way to show you or to understand you and yo help you , all the time for 5 nights i stay there was be 100% clean my toalet and everything i like that in hotels the smile from staff and the clean :) THANK you Smelyne Hotel :) i hope to have time to visit again !

Review 27：Poor breakfast. Loud music because of the party in the restaurant till 23 o'clock - hard to put children to sleep. Very expensive, 20,- for extra child slip
