Review 1：Confusion over which shower I should use meant I almost walked in on other guests and didn't get a shower before a day of traveling. Which was not a nice ending to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Review 4：Great location, very close to the beach and with a good view to the sea. There is a private garden for guests tucked away in a little hollow, very nice. Affordable price and the hosts were very kind.

Review 5：The Bed and Breakfast is in a wonderful location, with a huge beach, near the lighthouse. Don't miss the opportunity of a trip to Vlieland: the boat leaves in the morning very near the lighthouse and you can enjoy a whole day in a peaceful environment walking and cycling. The hosts are nice and welcoming.

Review 24：This stay was absolutely wonderfull! Both the north sea and the wadden sea were visible from our windows, and within 5 minutes you're on the beach. Perfect!

Review 26：Having the start of the beakfast only at 9AM was for us a little late. 8AM would be more convenient. I would also appreciate the existance of a friends bar, where you can take a drink or a snack, write it down and pay it the next day. We arrived at 6:30 PM and we needed to rush to find something to buy .

Review 28：We had a wonderful time staying with Frans and Els. In fact, we booked for another stay. The location is unbelievably beautiful. This is just the ideal location for a visit to Texel. The room was very comfortable and a great value for money. The breakfast every morning was a real treat. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 29：Breakfast was at 9am, but we would have preferred to have eaten at an earlier time plus at a table by ourselves rather than at a communal table. The bed was quite basic and low so, could have been more comfortable.

Private parking was available and our vehicle was parked in front of the terrace, which made packing and unpacking the car easy. The location was excellent and the hosts were very friendly and amiable to answering questions.
