Review 20：The size of the room was great, room was clean and had everything we needed. Although motel was on main road, the room was very quiet and we had a restful night. Owners / managers were lovely and obviously took pride in the place.
Review 21：When we arrived the man on the desk was eating and did not want to talk to us. He said we did not have booking. However he gave us a room and became friendly after we paid cash, he then showed us on a map where we could go.

Review 25：I booked 2 rooms and requested one room on the ground floor due to my Dad being elderly - when I checked in they said they did not see that on my booking request and didn't have any free. I also returned to my room after being out for the day to find it unlocked after they had been in to clean it.

Review 27：Parking space not available late in the evenig after coming back from mon repos beach. We had to park outside the motel parking lot. But it was sage too... So not really a problem
Review 28：Good motel! We stayed one night there. Ver friendly owner. He explained us what we can do in Bundaberg and how we can get there. The room was clean. And the bathroom was quite new! If you are in Bundaberg do the Mon repos Beach Turtle experience!
Review 29：I like that their rooms are sound proofe and you cannot Hear traffic while sleeping, pool is nice for a dip, and Sizzlers is just across the road. They were happy to give me a late book out at lunch time for a very small fee as I had late appointment at eye specialist etc.

Review 34：The overall facility was in a great location. We had the whole motel for a wedding, and it was just perfect. We were there for a few days, and it was perfect for what we needed. Food was excellent in the hotel, and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable.

Review 36：Location is good for anyone wanting to visit Bundaberg city. The motel is on the high street with easy walking to a wide range of shops, cinema/theatre etc. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and there was a fridge and microwave. Good, efficient air conditioning.
Review 37：I liked the fact that I only had to walk from the station and across one road to get to the motel. It was also close to a lot of the heritage buildings in the Central Business District as well as Shopping Centre.
Review 38：No complimentary soap, shampoo or conditioner... Hand sanitizer was used in the shower recess as soap- not good... An extractor was right underneath our unit which had a vibration ...

Review 40：Air Con was set and you couldn't adjust it and toilet didn't flush properly. Also verandah/balcony was very narrow so couldn't sit out on it comfortably as it made it hard for others to get past to there room.

The receptionist explained that they don't do breakfasts because "Council want us to put in a grease trap" . . there was no indication that this usual service was not available on the web site and for the cost of a grease trap the motel operators could develop a new income stream for their business . . .
