Review 1：Only one of the restaurants was open and therefore choice was poor - and with little else in the area we went to Cenang beach every night - 10 minutes and £3 by taxi.

Review 2：Sea villas were unusual and although the décor and the external maintenance were poor, we really liked the charm of the place and the quiet tranquillity of the stay.

Review 3：There are a couple of things to deal with over there after paying a great amount. Day 1 -> Shower was not working in the room. Later had to move to another room after few follow-ups. Very few staff, the whole shifting had to be done by myself. Day 3 -> Water was coming in brownish color, could not even wash face with that water. There were gecko/lizards around the house all through the stay.

Review 5：beach was muddy and certain areas you get sucked in like quick sand. The hotel does not have any sun beds at the beach .... they don't have this on their website but the hotel beach basically unsusable and they unofficially have it closed!!!

Review 7：The location of the hotel is quite near Pantai Cenang and other attractions. Hotel itself is quite clean. Added bonus that our kids enjoyed feeding the fishes outside of our villa's balcony.

Review 8：Pool was dirty. Room was not the cleanest, dust everywhere and whole unit was not well kept. Reception weren't helpful.

Review 10：We didn't like that when we arrived we were no able to check in at main reception as the villa we booked was a private villa. We were told then we could not use certain parts of the resorts or facilities, ie the pool in a certain area. We were given a villa with a land view no ocean view like in the pictures we booked from. We complained and were advised if we cancelled we would have to pay a night still. After great debate we did get upgraded. Another issue was is it was pouring rain and we were at reception and asked if they could take us to the restaurant on site. We were advised by main reception no we would have to walk as we were staying in the private villa not the resort rooms. The whole experience was very misleading and not nice at all. The highlight was watching the sunset over the ocean. Please take note this resort is on a lagoon not the ocean so it is not nice at low tide and if you are wanting to swim in the lagoon it is not recommended as it just does not look nice at all.

Review 11：We liked the look of the pictures of the private villers over the ocean. The reviews and pictures made us want to book there. The price is reasonable if you had all resort facilities like everyone else.

Review 12：Wifi was extremely bad and turned off the day before we left the unit, TV. has no English speaking channels. Unit is a 5 minute walk to pool and breakfast and although over the sea you cannot swim in it.

Review 15：Location is good. Facilities are not fantastic. Very disappointing, service & facilities for what they are charging as I had several conversations with the staff before confirming our booking. We only stayed one night in the end whereas we had booked for a week.
