Review 1：A little bit hard to check in as we couldn't find anyone first and we had to phone, but this was no problem in the end. A little bit untidy.
Review 2：Right in front of the beach, very nice location. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. Spacious apartment and air con was working.
Review 3：the bed/sheets hard to find loud building work opposite from early morning Didn't like the owner just walking in after knocking on the door - or the 8am visit on check-out day when I was desperately trying to catch up on some sleep.

Review 5：Spacious apartment, wonderful sea view from the balcony, good location not far away from centre of Tivat. Staff (friendly couple) spoke good English and was willing to help. The flat was clean, almost fully equipped, with fast Wi-Fi connection for Facebook addicts :-). The building is located a little but further from the main road. Definitely the best accommodation we could find around, and great value for money, too.

Equipments were ok, wecould make easy meals in the kitchen, we missed sweeper but after askedfor it we got it in a sec. Shops are in the neighbor, there is afine/gritty beach in the center approx. 300Meters from Jana ap. Iwould recommend this apartment and probably will go back!
Review 9：Excellent service, Jana helped us alot retreving our missing luggage from the airport. We missed her smile and service during the rest of our stay in Montenegro! Jana and the location is what makes this apartment great! Wonderful view of the ocean.

Review 11：1. The guarantee you give through booking with your credit card is worth nothing to the owner. We were told to pay upfront in cash (no credit card) or to leave! 2. If you value your privacy you can be disturbed by the owner visiting you to check something in the apartament. 3. The owner pays great attention to the cleannes of the floor. When it is raining you get a special mop to clean the laminate flooring. If you put your travel bag or walk on the laminate flooring in his presence you are told off...

Review 14：The location is very easy to find, close to the city but not in a noisy area, the rooms are large and pretty nice, the administrator of the complex is a very nice and original guy.
Review 15：The nice view will be provided only if you are not on the first floor. You will still get new clean fully equipped rooms. The beach is rather small, but not many people there.
Review 16：Excellent hosts. You have everything you need in apartments. If you will need something - just ask and you will get it. Everything is new. Flat TV with satellite, wireless Internet, fully equipped kitchen. Beach is just across the road. Замечательные отзывчивые хозяева. Апартаменты оборудованы абсолютно всем необходимым. Если чего-то не достает - хозяева снабдят вас всем небходимым. Вид из окна великолепный. Вся мебель - новая, везде чисто.
Review 17：- The apartment was not clean - none of the stuff could speak English to explain - no sea view from the appartment which is located at the basement with shared terase ( pictures posted are from owners apartment which is on the third floor) - instead of sea view which was the main reason we booked the apartment (along with the location), we had unfinished construction view - around the building it smelled quite bad - different from our other apartment stays in Montenegro, host asked us to go to tourist information and register with our passports paying 70 cents night/ person (normally host does it for you and include it in the price so you don't loose any time with burocratic issues in a hot weather on your holidays) - host entered into the apartment two times in the morning without permission - we booked the apartment prior to arriving to Montenegro and we found out that there are so many nicer and better decorated apartments with nicer terases and hosts so our stay in Jana apartments was a big disappointment
Review 18：- Location is great close to the sea ( no sand but concrete beach on the side of the road ) - Close to grocery store - Tivat center is 15-20 minutes walk - free water and fruit juice on the second day was nice gesture
Review 19：The room we had was in the lower level so the sea view was not great, but still ok, and the balcony was shared, which made it impossible to leave the doors/windows open during the night. This is compensated by the brand new air conditioning unit in the apartment. Rooms on the higher floors have amazing sea views, which I highly recommend.
Review 20：The owner was friendly and very helpful and I recommend this accommodation to everyone interested. The house is nicely located in a small, beautiful seaside village, very close to a small beach. The facilities and furniture are new, more then adequate for short or long term stay.I plan to book apartments Jana again in the future.
