Review 1：The building and facilities are aging, although repainted, but old and stained with insects waste and dead insects. The actual building is not the same unit per the picture displayed. A few items were broken, but the staff did fix them later.
Review 2：Staff are friendly, helpful and took action when requested. Location near airport and accessible easily to most tourist areas, yet quiet and away from large crowds.
Review 3：The title beach resort is misleading, the apartments were dirty. The beds were horrible, and sheets smell bad. No phone. TV only had 2 local stations. The view from the room is nothing to be proud off. The wifi coverage was so bad, up to a point the room had no coverage. Booking.com should drop this "resort" from its list. The location was too far from Cenang or Kuah.

Review 16：Only have 1 small aircond inside the bedroom,no ceiling fan, not even 1 table fan at the hall area. U can imagine how uncomfortable we are. The housekeeping didnt make up the room properly and one of the day they didnt make it at all. When we came back in the evening, the room is as the same when we leave it in the morning. We have to came down to take a new towel. Only one wall plug can be used in the room,and it use for the t.v.The tv only have 3 national channel. No phone, u have to use your handphone to communicate with the receptionist...

Review 26：Apartments were well maintained and the unit we chose was facing the pool. Not many staff as there wasn't many Guest, but it is good atmosphere for a group or especially family. Transport and food is not nearby, so you should have your own transport.
