Review 1：Wi-do only in reception and very slow

Review 2：Beautiful place between two lakes. Helpful personal, but with language problems (common in Poland). Clean rooms, tasty breakfast. Great to stay with pets (20 zlt for dog). Near by very tasty restaurant

Review 9：I did not get the receipt from a receptionist who was working on the night shift. Very dissapointing was also that I had to pay all in advance when we arrived. Our room was very dusty and one lamp was broken. We did not have enough towels.

Review 19：I did not like food. It was quite good, but I wanted much more varities. Dinner was good. It was like made in home(in my grandmothers home), breakfast was strange: meat balls with potatoes for breakfast not good idea, but boys liked it. It looked that I am in my grandmother home.

Review 20：We liked location, it near the two lakes, you can rent bicycles(one problem - only two), near the lakes you can rent motor scooter, kajak, water bicycles and etc. In the rooms are enough space, but there were not any soap or shower gel. This hotel is really quiete - good conditious for family or elder people. But also it good for youth, you can go near the lakes, also play table tennis, go to the sauna or just walk around.

Review 21：The trouble started right after making a booking. I got an e-mail from the hotel saying that my card number is no good and I should send it again. So I did. Then I got an e-mail with bank account references saying that I should make a payment or otherwise I will not have a reservation (most of the e-mail was in polish). I did not make a payment of course. On the next day I got another e-mail saying that my card number is no good and they can't book a room. I had no trouble with all other bookings, so I figured it might be that they do not accept Master card and sent them the no of my Visa card. So finally after several e-mails I had my reservation confirmed. We got a room on the first floor which was full of small black ants. There was at least 100 of them running around. At breakfast there was no juice or coffee, just tea. The stuff was not fluent at all with other languages than polish (tried english and russian), so the communication was pretty difficult. There was no WiFi coverage on the second floor.

Review 22：The surrounding was nice. The hotel is located about 10 km out of the town so it is very quiet. After we made a complaint about the ants in our room, we got a new room on the second floor. Despite the language problem, the lady who was in the reception the night we arrived, was very nice and helpful and did her best to help us. Except the fact that they only served tea, the breakfast was pretty good.
