Review 1：the spa facilities could have been more developed (added aroma to the steam) and the massage bath was not really a massage bath. But i was travelling for business, so it was ok for the purpose of my visit.

Review 2：the staff was very friendly and prepared me the requested breakfast very early in the morning. the classical massage was also very good, so i had taken it twice WIFI in the hotel is also good for business purposes overall the lack of some spa technical facilities is compensated by the staff of the hotel. if i had to rank the hotel by the staff i would rank it five-start

Review 3：The room was smaller than we expected and it could've been a little cleaner. The breakfast was ok, but also not as good as it could've been.

Review 5：Staff were poorly trained and unpolite. It seems they do not care about hospitality. During a first phone call we receive short and cold answers to our questions, we fought, ok it is not vise to judge whole hotel depend on the single person. When we arrive - next person (or probably the same) greeting us in rather miserable manner. The issue is - when we are going to holiday to the spa, we expect some cheers, smiles, good mood or at least hospitality on normal level. Hotel offers lots of spa procedures, but unfortunately for us (my wife was pregnant) we receive the answer that there is nothing suitable for pregnant and woman who works with pregnant are not available.... NO OTHER suggestions at all. In our "de-lux" room we heard noise from creaky floor of upstairs.

Review 6：Really nice garden. Rather quiet place - not so far from the city, but feels like a country side. Also restaurant, spa complex and terrace raises above the garden - it gives a nice view.

Review 7：This hotel was amazing. The suite was lovely, the bed was huge, nice big bath tub and a terrace looking over the garden, which was beautiful. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Not a great location but taxi service is available. Highly recommend this hotel.

Review 8：The hotel is quite far away from Sigulda centre. A car is a must. There is no elevator, for us taking a baby carriage up and down from the second floor was an everyday challenge.

Review 13：Nice, quiet location on outskirts of Sigulda town. Lovely and relaxing SPA. Book your treats in advance to avoid disappointment. Check out sun deck with outdoor swimming pool. Tasteful restaurant with good food and view to the groomed garden.

Review 14：The SPA closing time 22.00 on Friday is too soon, one or two hours later would be better. Noisy fan in bathroom.

Review 16：No air conditioning so it is difficult to sleep. We had a Lux room which wasn't very Lux. The bathtub did not drain and there was no fridge/mini bar. The owner had a birthday part at the hotel so it was very loud way into the night. I understand she wants to celebrate but can she not do this during the day?? You go to a spa to relax not to hear loud music all night.

Review 17：Spa was wonderful! I had one of the best massages with Sabine. The rooms are done very nicely and warm tea afterwards. Food was really good and the best part is the outside terrace. We ate there every day. The hotel staff were ok but nothing to call home about. Language skills were good.

Review 20：SPA is not so interesting, two saunas, jakuzzi and three pools. No name for the saunas, no temperature signs. The massage options in the pool did not work. No minibar in the room.

Review 21：Staff is very polite and helpful. The place is beautiful, calm countryside with a lake and a garden. I also really enjoyed the pool outside. Outdoor jakuzzi is a great option in winter. The room is small, but coasy and clean. Breakfest is delicious, there were several options - eggs, pancackes, cereal, salads, joghurt, etc. We had a dinner and supper in the restaurant, everything was delicious, thus the portions are not big. In general good value for money.

There is very calm place with large clean rooms. You can use this place for a lonely rest (but may it is true only for a winter).
