Review 1：The weather! It was overcast, foggy and snowing so we weren't able to enjoy any vistas of the city. However...that's what you have to expect when traveling in January in it didn't dampen our experience one bit!

The Proprietor arranged personalized parking right in front of the hotel which was GREATLY appreciated in consideration of a long-day's drive and the snowdrifts in the street! Incredibly helpful staff; amazing room, convenient to a fantastic restaurant on the river, and a simple/very tasty European breakfast.

Review 6：Great, newly furnished 2-beded room, great breakfast, helpful staff, 5min walk to all the sights. Parking infront of the hotel, free of charge. The receptionist helped us the first night by exchanging some euros for BAMs so we can to a place to eat.
Review 7：The rooms have nice colours and everything you need, but they are very small, especially the bathroom. Annoying with all the noise from the opening system of the doors into each room. Smoking should not be allowed in the restaurant and the reception area...
Review 8：Nice and clean, small hotel in the center of Banja Luka. Good breakfast. Dragana was a helpful person working there, speaking very well english, which is important if you want foreign guests.
Review 9：The owner is personally making sure, his guests are well-serviced. He even picked my colleague up at the bus station in the middle of the night, and dropped us there in the morning we had to leave. Great service and so friendly all throughout!

Review 13：The hotel was unable to offer a room with separate beds in its renovated section, and so we were placed in an old room with poor heating, bedding, and insulation. As a result, we were audience to the loud nightly (private) activities of the guests in the room above us. This was extremely uncomfortable (rather disgusting) and kept us up all night.
Review 14：large bed, size 180X200cm was very hard and uncomfortable for sleep. It was cold because airconditioning was not able to warm up enough the room and airconditioning was very loud. Poor breakfast.

Review 17：I love this place. It is Balkanese style. Simply furbished, but clean. Also breakfasts are very nice. But the best thing is the hotel personal - friendly, helpfull and caring. Coocked pancakes for us while we were working in the reception, jut on their own will.
