Review 1：Could easily hear the neighbours talking and the radiator was noisy. Waterpool was not for free. A small freigerator in the room would be perfect.

Review 3：My German friend was surprised, how much effort the staff puts into cleanliness and the girls at the reception always awaited us with a smile. I really recommend the hotel restaurant - it is excellent!!! Especially Mr. Oskars!

Review 6：Reception staff (Jacob) gave us the best welcome we received in Latvia. He recommended things to do and gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Recommend the restaurant which was also fantastic food and the staff there were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble

Review 7：To pay 7,5€ for two simple made saunas without smells and for smallswimming pool was disappointment at the final. It should be for free forhotel guests. Lady in reception did her job ok, but too cold to us,visitors. Ventilation in room was poor, to open windows dangerousbecause of thousands mosquitos. Wlan in room weak, in reception andrestaurant perfect. Tv had only 6-7 channels in German and Russian.

Review 12：The location is good, the rooms nicely furnished, the restaurant in the hotel is one of the best choices in Sigulda, the swimming pool was a nice extra though it was only open from 8 to 10 in the morning. Value for money seems to be quite good.

Review 13：Walls and room door will echo through. Even a quiet voice is heard, not to mention noisy's company at night. There is no air conditioning.

Review 15：No air conditioning, room gets hot. People smoke and yak outside right under room windows. Cigarette smoke got in through open window. Shower produced only a weak drizzle, took forever to wash off soap.

Review 17：I found lots of hair on my bed linen when I wanted to go to sleep. That is disgusting. Also the carpet on the floor gives a smell of someones socks left there for weeks.

Review 22：There are so many things I did not like: 1) the room was smelly, it has not been ventilated for ages 2) no wifi connection, at least in my room. In addition no cellular coverage present as well 3) room was too hot 4) TV set was very old and tiny and located somewher up in the ceiling that it made too difficult to watch it This is the first hotel I hadn't have patience to wait till the morning - I checked out within an hour. Never ever recommend.

Review 24：WiFi was very weak and often didn't connect on the 1st floor in our room. No lift access (normally not a problem but I had an injured leg).

Review 25：The room was basic, but suited our needs. Don't expect extras like a mini fridge or tea and coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was fine, the usual European options of dry bread, cheese, assorted meats. The hot food at breakfast was usually quite good consisting of pancakes, scrambled eggs, mini sausages and bacon. The restaurant was also great with very filling meals.

Review 26：But is a quite expensive place if you compare other similar hotels in Estonia. The reception staff was not very welcoming.

Review 28：Staff at Reception are not friendly (on arrival and next day) But the receptionist at check-out was really helpful and smiley and friendly. Which is shame that the other two wasn't. Also we think you should invest in some double and king size bed cover as it's not comfortable at all to have 2 separate mattress and 2 separate single(maybe smaller) bed cover. It's really uncomfortable. Also bathroom wasn't really clean, it could be given some attention and will be great. Price was little high if you put in mind the all of the above and no Sauna and very limited time for pool use.

Review 29：Breakfast was so good and want to thank the 2 ladys at restaurant and bar, the were amazing people and so helpful and so welcoming and if we choose to stay here again in the summer it'll be because of ( the 2 lady's at restaurant and bar and the receptionist that did our checkout). Food was great. Room and bathroom are really good size. Room was cozy and warm.
