Review 1：Some of the dishes where not eatable in restorant. Overpriced for food we had. Never got room cleaned and towels changed during stay of 2 nights. Had to use wet towels from the floor :( yak

Review 2：Great pool facilities. Delicious mushroom soup. Great breakfast. Even we had 2 beds instead of one, they where not separating during our sleep :) There was no problem to have kids in our room. Great reception staff!

Review 3：I had reserved 2 equal rooms at the same time - still we did not receive rooms next to each other. One was at the first floor and the other one on the second. Smoking area was on front of the main door - exactly under my room. Could not sleep until about 2:30 as there were about 15 very noisy customers from hotels bar singing, yelling and laughing outside. I called the reception for 3 times, and got the feeling that nothing was done to stop it.

Review 4：I like this hotel very much, it's style and atmosphere. My visit last year was excellent, this time it was not so lovely. Most propably I will still return here again.

Review 5：This is a beautiful and comfortable destination hotel. It's also a great place to stay while exploring the area in the surrounding county, which was our purpose. The staff was superbly helpful as well.

Review 6：The only romantic thing in that hotel was the view from the outdoor terrace on the artificial applied lake, which we weren't able to use in the evening we arrived because of a loud wedding-party in the dining/breakfastroom/terrace. The announced time for breakfast was from 7 until 11 am. But the breakfast was more than empty at short after 10 am. Asking for more didn't solve the problem. Got the answer from the waitress: "The chef isn't able to do more." – Why not? Even if there would have been enough food the selection at the breakfast weren't so wide – as we expected from the price and the pictures we saw before in the internet. The Cappuccino and Coffee were the same Nescafe-Instant-liquid manure. Not tasty. The name of the hotel doesn't fit in any way. The room (226) was less than standard and looked very uninspired. Can anybody tell me why it is called "romantic"? Also uncomfortable beds, tiny and a used shower and too expensive for that standard and that city. We went to hotels all over lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, Nida,…) which were most of all cheaper and were much better (clean, comfortable and cozy). In total not nearly that what we expected when we booked. The pictures in the web show a total different style and luxury.

Review 56：Breakfast bread was hard and dry. The young receptionist was confusedwith our paper. She showed us to the wrong place when we were going tothe rooms. When we asked for more glasses and a cup to the room, so shenever came with it even though she promised. So we had to pickourselves.

During the dinner we had error in the portion ordered and the both waiters in duty (22th Feb 2014 evening) were handling the situation with the most professional manner. Greatly appreciated it and actually this error turned into positive experience. The room was very comfortable and clean. We travelled with dogs and found this hotel very dog friendly. There was nice park around the hotel. Will definately choose Romantic hotel during our next stay in Panevezys.

Review 63：Far too expensive for the value provided. We paid 120 EUR for delux room and it was not deluxe at all. Lots of small cons. Uncomfortable shower, no lock at the toliet door, etc. Attention to detail in the hotel could be better.

Review 65：Structure, ambients, hall and restaurant not bad at all...but nothing special. WiFi didn't work in my Deluxe room, nor in the restaurant. In order of the attention and staff, as they continuosly said..."i'm sorry"...but they are slack and asleep: i had to call them 1 million times always for the same need and stuff... The hotel/restaurant were empty: 30 min just to take my order for a beer, than other 15 min to get my drink! About dinner? A disaster: 30 min to take my order, 30 min to get my meal and other 30 min to have the bill! Staff isn't so friendly and helpful as they should be... Where are their 4 stars?! Absolutely not suitable for businessmen.

Review 72：The rooms in the new extension where I was staying have poor plumbing, causing the bathroom floors to be covered in water after a shower. This is a known issue and not the hotel's fault but dodgy contractors I guess. It's only a small issue though.

Review 79：The room was very cosy and tidy, interior was really extraordinary, even for the basic room. Also, the room was rather spacious. Very very nice bedding including pillows, the beds and so on. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was good enough, as it was hot and cold meals included. There is a free and safe parking for the car.

Review 89：Hotel Romantic is located in a peaceful area (park is surrounding Hotel/below there is a pond with walking paths),but still very close to city center.I must really say that this Hotel is so attractive (even building due to it´s renovated in a historical old building) I think it is made very beautiful. (even small details) Hotel´s personal was lovely. (and proudly lithuanian) They have also normal sauna,steam room,pool and excellent gym.They are also starting Spa activities in the near future. Breakfast was healthy and tasty.(including warm delicious pancakes with stuffing inside) Hotels restaurant Deja vu is highly recommended due it´s high quality. Panevezys is only 135 km from Vilnius and 115 km from Kaunas. Hotel can arrange transfers from these big airport cities on request.Panevezys has about 119 000 inhabitants and is suitable for those who are looking for genuine Lithuanian city with not so many tourists.Easy to combine with Vilnius or Kaunas.
