Review 1：Hotel did not have a parking but did provide complementary parking away from the hotel which was 4-5 minutes of walk from the hotel.

Review 2：I like the location of the hotel, specially the balcony overlooking the historical river and old town of Mostar.

Review 3：The location is perfect with view on the river. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. It always feels good to stay there. The rooms could be cleaner though.

Review 4：Everything else... 1)Breakfast was inedible -- literally. Just unbelievable that anyone would even PRESENT such awful stuff as an option. 2) Though there is a no smoking sign in the room, the entire hotel smells like accumulated YEARS of smoke -- everywhere. 3) Bed mushy; furniture old, dumpy and scratched. 4) Bathroom toiletries yucky. 5) Outside noise easily heard through windows. No room darkening curtains to keep out bright morning sun. AWFUL!!!

Review 5：The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly, really made every effort to assist. Having parking included with the cost of the hotel was absolutely critical, as the hotel was in a very shabby neighborhood and street parking would have meant certain disaster. The parking though was three blocks away from the hotel.

Review 6：We arrived during a rain storm and the lightning blew out the power to the hotel several times.

Review 7：The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station and the Stari Most (old bridge). The view from the room overlooking the river and mountains is terrific. We took advantage of the dinner deal and ate at a nice restaurant overlooking the old bridge and the river (gorgeous).
