Review 1：An older woman from the neighboring facility met us and made a call for us to someone who spoke English. We had made a reservation on line but no one seemed to know anything about it.There seemed to be no one "on site" for any questions or problems. There was no warm water for showers the next day and no one to tell. The property seemed to have many areas to sit outside but no one was around until breakfast the next day. Maybe it was "off season" but hard to know.Our breakfast was nice the next day from someone who drove in.It seemed to have lots of potential but disappointing due to lack of attention or information.

Review 5：We loved how it was so rustic. The evening meal which was a typical Italian family meal in the garden where dishes just kept on coming and coming. It was a fabulous evening. Having breakfast in the garden with home made jams, relishes etc

Review 9：the dilapidated grandeur of country mansion and one time olive farm . Accommodation in ex barn with fire place , stable door and orange and lemon trees and garden was bliss

Review 11：Very quirky place to stay in part of a very tumble-down old country house. It is quite basic but has everything you need and the welcome is warm and the dinner delicious. The house has been in the owner's family for hundreds of years. and is in a rural spot out of the nearby town which is quite interesting
