Review 1：There was some minor issues with the WiFi.
Review 2：The staff was friendly and very helpfull. Gave us many recommendations on what to do in Texel during our Holidays.
Review 3：The owner intentionally misled the guests. He distinctly told us in the telephone that the rooms with five beds and the one with three beds all have two bedrooms, but in fact, there is only one bedroom, and the other beds are all placed in the dining room. When we asked about breakfast in the phone, he just answered very impatiently, "do you know? I am a very busy man! Just check the website!" We asked if it's possible to check in at 3 pm instead of before 2 pm as indicated on the website, the owner threatened that he will sell our rooms if we check in late. So we informed him that we would check in at 12 noon. However, when we arrived at exactly 12 noon, non of the rooms was ready, they were all dirty and untidy. Then the owner told us, we check in too early, the rooms wouldn't be ready before 2 pm. The island is a beautiful place, but never let such an owner spoil your holiday.

Review 12：Negative points1) The beds for the children were in the living room. Missing "dark" curtains in the window located in the kitchen. Too much light for the children to fall asleep. 2) I was asked to order the breakfast at our arrival (while my husband was still parking the car). It was done too much in a rush and I didn't order enough food for 4 persons. The owner gave us exactly what I ordered (too little). In the living room it was left some "warm margarine" (I would prefer some real butter in the fridge). The coffee was in a small bag (lyophilised). This is my advise: make sure to order enough food at your arrival and consider to take the car and make 4 km to get some real coffee. I would not rate this hotel with 4 stars. It doesn't meet all the requirements.
