Review 1：Communication skills of staff, parking was very strange - we were sent back to the hotel to get a stamp on the parking ticket, the door lock of our room did not work correctly, no any food possible at 11 pm

Review 6：The absolute professional help that Bożena gave us. We booked for 23rd, came on 22nd (our big mistake). No problem, no questions asked. We got our room. Perfect! As always the breakfast was a treat!

Review 7：The very comfortable hotel on the lake Nеско with beautiful ECO recreation area, and also there are many paths for walking and cycling. The friendly staff and excellent breakfast. In the rooms with balcony you'll get a wonderful view on the lake. Undoubtedly we'll come back again.

Review 8：Sound isolation could be better. Looking at the room, clearly they've gone into lot of effort (and money) for high quality equipment, yet the doors are so thin you can hear everyone walking though the corridor. WiFi has limited range and it is somewhat unstable.

Review 9：Staff was polite and efficient, room is reasonably large, clean and generally nice. We've got also balcony, which offers a bit limited view over the lake. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choices and generally good quality. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Probably one of the best hotels in the area.

Howeverthe staff is too shy, and was hard to get a smile apart from Katarzhija.The management should teach them...to reach a perfection ofinternational standard, staff should be graceful....Well this is one ofthe countries of the eastern block.. Заезжать надо на 2-3 дня. Отличное место для недолгого релакса на природе! 5. Были транзитом, ехали из Вроцлава в Палангу. В следующий раз заезд на несколько дней. P.S. В Августове в ночи реально много дорожной полиции!

Review 96：I had booked guarded parking for my car. When we arrived, the parkingarea was totally full and I had to leave my car 200 meters from our roomwithout guarding. Soundproofing in room was not so good, we heard dogbarking in some room (room wasn't next to us). The room itselfwasn't expensive, but breakfast would have been (~11€!!). Insteadbreakfast we took very delicious and cheap sandwiches with us.
