Review 1：Good location with views over the bay,easy to park, friendly staff and good buffet breakfast. Slightly dated décor but excellent value for money and clean accommodation.

Review 7：The hotel is right on the beach and has a fantastic view. It's not luxurious but it has all the essentials covered. The staff is friendly and eager to try and meet the needs of all the guests. Food is nice. I would recommend hotel's fish restaurant Marzamin.

Review 8：This hotel is basic, but all the essentials are done well. It is clean, nice bathroom, comfortable, well located (close to everything in Porto Montenegro and 10 yards from the sea!) and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has something for every taste!

Review 9：I booked for a single room and I decided to upgrade for a double. The staff said me that I had to pay for a double single room. Incredible. Bad breakfast, small room.

Review 19：Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. Beautiful location with most amazing views over the bay from newly renovated and spotlessly clean bedroom. Comfortable large bed. Bathroom also modernised. Copious choice of hot/cold, savoury/sweet food for breakfast -eat as much as you like. Above all, the service given by the reception staff was truly wonderful. Jasmina organised a trip for me with my own driver to Albania. When thanked she responded 'You are our guest and we want you to be happy!' Definitely a place to return to.

Review 20：Old furniture, television with pore signal and no working remote control. We have been alocated to a room with a view and then moved in a far back room. Over all, a bad experience.

Review 21：Small shower booth and had to hold shower head. Arch window but rectangular shutters meant lots of light early (0515) and lack of privacy. No actual curtain.

Review 24：Excellent location of hotel, just few steps from sea, nice sea view from terrace, very friendly stuff, very good breakfast as well as Wi-Fi signal in our rooms. We come with parents and they helped us a lot to make them very nice holiday time. Thanks a lot! Porto Montenegro is less than 10 minutes walk what is great.

Review 25：The free WiFi signal was only accessible in the lobby areas as the signal did not extend well to the rooms. Not a deal breaker by any means, just good to know.

Review 26：Hotel Palma is located directly in front of a beach with gorgeous views of the bay. There is free parking in town. Tivat seems to be a stopping point for the more rich and famous of Kotor Bay's visitors, and Hotel Palma is a great value for the location.

Review 27：Wifi is really bad. Even though it is available throughout the hotel the quality is quite poor. I already mentioned parking problem. Breakfast is the same every day and variaty is poor.

Review 52：The hotel has no opportunity to get to the entrance by car. That can be crutial if you are with luggage and getting there by taxi. Another thing is that the hotel interior is quite of soviet style.

Review 61：If you need a clean bed and a quick shower this hotel is ok for a short quiet stay. Yes it is old but ok if you don't stay all the day inside :) Its location is just perfect. There is a city parking nearby for additional fee. The greatest thing is that in the room you will find a voucher with 10% discount at 2 restaurants nearby where you can enjoy amazing food (I recommend Prova for its tuna steak!) and a nice sea view.

Review 64：- High level of noise: I wouldn't mind about plans, they are very loud, but I was ready to it. The worst was the noise from the beach. You hear every little kid and everything what is going on there (I was at the forth floor). Also once at night some teenagers come to the beach and start signing very loudly. Hotel could not do anything with that, as beach is not their private territory.- Food was ok, but for the last two days I could not eat the same food anymore. - Air conditioning did not work for the last three days. Hotel was working on it, but without results for me.

The price included breakfast which was the usual fare provided in this type of hotel. Room had a balcony and this was great.
