Review 1：The air cond problem.. After turn on for about 5 minutes then only feel the cold.. Dusty floor & the bed sheets were to small for the bed. Feel like staying in the hostel because there is a lot of students from nearby college at the Lobby.. The management please sort out..

Review 5：Very remote location, no places nearby to go by walk. Hotel restaurant provides only breakfast, no lunch & dinner arrangement, lots of flies around the restaurant which makes the poor breakfast more worse. Breakfast included with my room rate for two adults, they took additional RM16 for my 7 yrs old kid, for such poor breakfast. Swimming pool was very dirty. During check in & out, I had to carry my all lugages, no support from hotel. I stayed two night, could not watch TV, as satelite channels connection was under maintanance.

Review 17：Everything else. This is my second time here. Came here same time lastyear, when the facilities weren't so bad, tolerable. Breakfast iswhack. What happened? There were plenty of choices before. Prior to mybooking this year, I came across plenty of bad comments on the food butI decided to give it a benefit of a doubt. I know some (a Lot!) maycomplaint on the 'variety' of food we had last year (Itwasn't that many, but better than this time around!). We ended upnot having bve breakfast 3rd day onwards. So dissapointing. No extrapillows anymore. Elivator sensor doesn't work at all. Was slammedby the door on many ocassion. Pool is always dirty looking, though Ihave seen staff cleaning the pool. No floor towel? C'mon. With theopen shower design, you ecpect guests to enjoy the wet floor? Who does?Floor towel was placed on the 3rd day of our stay, I guess thehousekeeper got the hint. (I called for extra towels during the firstand second night) Came back to the hotel one night, welcomed by thesmell of piss! Oh C'mon! I do not want to come back here, unlessthe facilities get better.

Other hotel won't disturb guest to confirm check out. Its my 1st time experienced this. No complaint form at all. The front office & managers on duty were not very helpfull. Breakfast was lack of variety and the eating area was full of flies - really hope you could improve this. 3. As I do not feel comfortable sitting alone in the lobby late at night checking email and surfing net (pretty creepy).

For food and drinks there is a local small restaurant, shop and laundry around the corner 350 meters from the guest house. Wrong place for holiday. Very confuse with the same name of Bella Vista Resort in town. So be careful when booking.

Review 58：You can't get anywhere without getting a taxi from this hotel. The beach is about 15 mins in taxi. The hotel didn't have a restaurant and you would need to drive to get food. It would be fine if you hired a car. We only stayed for one night before finding somewhere half the price and much more central.
