Review 1：As expected, the hotel was in a very modern style. What we didn't expect was that our superior room would have only one rather uncomfortable pseudo desk chair and it was really not a room to relax in. The 'city view' was uninteresting to say the least. The furniture in the lounge was also very modern and rather hard and uncomfortable.

Review 2：It was walking distance to the Milan Expo (about 25 minutes). The shuttle bus service was useful for Certosa train station enabling one to spend the day in Milan. We much prefer smaller hotels but we needed a convenient location to this area and the Hub fit the bill. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner in the restaurant was very good. Now that the Expo is over, it is probably good for a couple days if you have business in the area or want a hotel near the motorway.

Review 3：A little cold at night and no blankets, just two sheets. I finished work at 11pm very tired and hungry and would have liked a bit more choice food wise, e.g. a (small) range of sandwiches

Review 8：Its a clean modern hotel. We stayed here to visit the Expo. It is a 10 minute easy walk, the hotel have a courtesy car at 5 euros per person if you do not want to walk.

Review 9：No shampoo or body lotion in the toilet, so you have to carry your own if you usually depend on the hotel for that, a bit overpriced.

Review 24：Staff lacked information about the World Expo which was only a short distance away. Gave poor directions to walk to it and said it was only a 10 minute walk. It was a thirty minute walk, after I figured out how to get there. Offered a shuttle ride to the Expo, but the drop off point was still a 25 minute walk away. This service was unacceptable for a 4 start hotel, in my opinion.

Review 26：First they charged my credit card in advance for city tax - totaly illegally. When I complain there was no answer from Mrs Sara. When we were checked out they charged us for citiy tax again. We complained and they pretended not to understand neither the english language nor the problem. Shuttle driver didn't speek english, so for any question you have to call reception desk, and then they call him, and he was late for 25 min from arranged time. Again unprofessionaly. You can't open the window, no fresh air. Just cold ventilation without possibility to heat. In the bathroom was so cold, you can't have proper, normally, shower.

Review 30：Return bus wasn't there needed to phone hotel to request collection. Hotel to far from centre no other facilities near hotel. Taxi fare expensive and not always readily available. Hotel room was lacking bedding on 1 bed and no milk for coffee. Expected more for the money paid.

The water was cold in the bobble bath and in the pool.The food I got was bad, not fresh meat in the c burger I got. The roomservice food looked worse than mac d, the coffe was burned. Review 68：Very new - strange hotel - felt deserted! Friendly staff. Booked a double and triple - got rooms next door which is a first! Parking on road for free or in underground car park for fee. Free swimming pool nice but cold. Transport provided hourly to local metro - free - do not try to walk! This meant we had an unplanned trip to the centre of Milan which was great and unexpected. Rooms good. Coffee/tea in rooms hurrah! Breakfast buffet is plentiful but of average quality. (Nothing nearby). Fitness and spa room for a fee (spa out of action).

Review 72：Staff is nice, smiling and helpful. Location is good when looking for a place to stop close to the highway on a long ride. The lobby and restaurant are both spacious and nice to stay. Rooms are pretty large, clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good offering a large choice of food (eggs, cakes, pastries, fruits,...). Children are welcome.

If you want to go to the city center, the location is not so bad as I thought initially, they have a shuttle that takes people to the nearest metro station (Uruguay). You can also go by car to the Lampugano metro station and park your car there for 2Euro/day. I could also park my car near the hotel for free.

Review 80：We booked spa as extra service for our entire stay in advance. Although the hotel has confirmed, it turned out upon arrival that the spa was closed for maintenance on the day of our arrival. However, the hotel wanted to charge the spa usage for the entire stay. The food choice in the hotel restaurant was poor. Due to massive road construction works near the hotel, there was a traffic diversion. However, the hotel hasn’t removed the original way signs so it was very difficult to find the right way to the hotel. There was no WiFi signal in the spa area and in the garden, very close to the building.

Breakfast very poor, little choice and after eight already supplement. Also for afternoon coffee you look staff, as well as dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff is generally very slow and not very helpful.
