Review 1：We were under the impression that the pools were included in the package at 140 euro per night..this comes at an additional 50 euro per person per session which hikes the rate to 240 euros for a couple. At that price there are alternatives offering beter value..

Review 5：learnt the hard lesson when booking, that when the room inclusions do not have air con but the hotel does, it doesn't mean your room will have it.. We got a pedestal fan as our only ventilation in a 2 level room in summer - so hot! We asked to change to a room with air con!!

Review 12：Check in was easy and change of reservation was seamless! Informative and gave direction for spa offerings. Was very quiet as it was off season and staff was helpful. Must try the thermal baths and cave. Definitely unique and worth it. The property is beautiful.
