Review 1：The mattress way very hard so 5 days stay made may back and neck in bad shape. Breakfast time was until 10am but everything was cleared away long before this time, and the staff were not happy to serve us

Review 2：We had to pay €10 each to you use the swimming pool and another €10 each for breakfast. No view from the bedroom window and next to a number of busy roads.

Review 5：we enjoyed our short stay on our way from France to Roma. The hotel is only 15mns away from city center. We had a family room (2 rooms connected together) at a very reasonable price. the staff was very nice and alotugh we arrived early (lunch time|) they were able to get us a room for us. Breakfast as good as you would get in an hotel in England.

Review 6：You needed to pay 10 euro's a person per day to use the pool. On Sunday there were so many people (which we think were locals instead of hotel guests) at the pool that we didn't had a chair or a spot near the pool. The staff wasn't that friendly as we were used to in Italy.

Review 13：The room aircon gets turned off every morning, so we had to phone reception to get it turned back on again every day. The wifi is provided through a 3rd party and is very slow.

Supposed to have been superior room. New room had balcony. Not sure there was such a thing as superior. Nothing in fridge except water. Looked amazed when I asked for milk and beer. Still didn't get any beer

Review 39：The hotel was further from bologna than expected and taxis are expensive into bologna. The restaurant was not consistent in providing food through out the day, it was dependant on if chef was in. The staff was friendly but not always forthcoming with correct information.

Review 40：The hotel was exceptionally clean, our suite was fantastic and very comfortable. The pool area was well kept and a nice surrounding to relax in. The hotel was close to the airport and close to the unipol arena.

Review 41：Stayed for a cycling weekend great location close to countryside but not far from downtown. Facilities were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

Review 51：Uncomfortable desk and chair for working. One small table next to the sofas on the expensive suite was a 5 euro classic ikea minitable. Even when there is a nice town very nearby there is not way to walk the 500 mts to it other than along a road full of cars. So almost impossible to stay here if you don't have a car.

Review 52：Modern hotel on the suburbs of Bologna, convenientely located close to a motorway exit. The suites are very nicely decorated and with a nice and big jacuzzi with nice colored illumination. Fast working wifi internet. Very fast staff. Big and unproblematic parking. Nice and spacious wardrobe.

The selection at breakfast was very limited - no hot foods, fresh fruit, but quality was good. Wifi was free and of very good speed, but I did have to keep re-entering the login/passcodes.

Review 60：Great staff who looked after us very well. Rooms were very clean & the in room entertainment was very good. The poolside was lovely and the pool itself was just right. We had family who popped over one evening and the staff allowed us to sit by the pool through to the early hours and kept us topped up with wine. Thank you! I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting for work or for pleasure.
