Review 1：The initial room we booked was bot cleaned properly, there was urine in the bathroom, and when we said something they sent a porter and an armed guard to inspect it and acted like there was no issue.

Review 2：There was a problem initially, but the staff handled it with only a little problem, and gave us an upgrade to boot for our troubles.

Review 5：The owner of this property is a swiss man by name of Marcus and everything he does is to squeeze every nickel he can from paying guests. Rooms are very tiny, a cup of coffee is over a dollar no free refills a ice tea again over a dollar, want a massage 4 times the rate at this hotel do not stay at this hotel there are much better hotels with much better ownership

Review 7：The hotel is listed as a dive restort - but the dive center rents a space from the hotel and they are not affiliated - this means that even though you're a guest they may not take you diving because not enough people have signed up. We had to walk up the beach to three other hotels looking for a dive shops that were going out on days that the one from the hotel wasn't. But, the boat crew on the trip we went out on were very nice and made it a great experience. The hotel is in a small village so there are no dining or shopping options. There are very many May to December couples (and not many young 20-40 couples) at this hotel which was a shock for us since we hadn't had much experience in the Philippines yet - then we found out that this is normal practice in the Philippines...

Review 8：This was a very quiet hotel with many rooms but since all of them are spread out across the property it feels like you are in a small place. The grounds are lovely and well maintained and there are many places to relax. The staff and kind and quick to bring you a drink wherever you might be - including the swing by the beach. The food was the best we had on our whole trip to various islands.
