Review 1：breakfast unacceptably poor - far far away from 4 start hotel - very basic selection like in very basic europe` hostels - must be improved this disaster; however - tables on main promenade and marvelous view will compensate this disaster

Review 2：very good location to travel around country + free parking place for your car as very useful benefit; very pleasant surround - best marina ive seen; very well designed, recently fully renoveted hotel; amazing outdoor eating zone right on pleasant town promenade; high speed wi-fi across all hotel - even good enough for on-line TV/movies watching

Review 3：Restaurant staff do not speak English. The hot breakfast is not cold - to be truthful its freezing. Breakfast is an inconvenience to the hotel when it should be a chance to impress guests. (actually guests seem to be an inconvenience generally in the restaurant / terrace area.)

Review 5：We booked on booking.com and on arrival were advised that we had to pay double the quote online. Apparently we had booked a double room but had to pay for 2 people so double the price!! This was not clear at all on booking. They ended up giving us a discount but the end cost was not worth what we received.

Review 10：The staff were very accommodating regarding a confusion over a booking. The location is excellent and the cleanliness, facilities and comfort of the hotel were excellent.

Review 11：Customer Service is woeful. Had to change rooms but nobody, I was told, available to move my stuff so had to do it myself. Reception say they don't have people for that. Yet staff have plenty time for eating and smoking and other things, best not to mention, going on between the younger staff in the dining area, in plain view of guests. Cheap furniture throughout. Poor renovation. What a pity as this could have been a wonderful hotel with good returns if proper investment was made in the renovation and staff!

Review 13：Rooms and services pretty basic, bed was so so! Staff were grt but grasp of English also so so. Not to expect too much... very helpful and happy. Best to fly into Tivat if can make connections work!

Review 17：Nice hotel, rooms good, amazing view of the harbour, really close to Porto Montenegro (5 min walk) and public beaches (5 min walk another direction from port). All equipment new and well mainteined. Great prices for launfry (t-shirt 1,8 euro) and minibar (water 1 euro, snickers, peanuts 1 euro). Breakfast a bit different every day, full and tasty. Will come here again!

Review 20：-the rooms have bad smell (supposedly from the air-condititon) -the small "wellness-area" is completly nonsense: sitting in the sauna or lying on the relax-bench you have to watch people´s back training on the stepper ... they could have arranged at least a barrier or something if not having two separate rooms -they smoke in the breakfast area (guests from outside the hotel and the staff as well) -breakfast is lovelessly and with little choice -we had to pay the hot choclate and cappuccino at the breakfast (never experienced before in a 4*-Hotel!)

Review 24：- Location is perfect, center, 10 meter from Porto Montenegro, but closer then Porto to old town. Quay in front of the hotel is much more beautiful then one In Porto. - Staff is unbelievable. Very friendly and helpful, even let us stay longer until flight because of small child. Let us heat the room, even when we are out. They found us 3 rent-a-car companies to choose. We got free diner with desert and whole bottle of Champaign for Valentin's day. When our child become nervous, waiter (best ever!) brought desert and Champaign in our room and even returned to bring us toy we forgot in restaurant. - Rooms are very clean, spacious and have more things inside then you need. TV big enough, with lot of channels on many languages. View to the bay and quay is perfect, jut lay down in bed and enjoy! Everything is like on pictures. Walls and door thick enough not to hear other guests.
