Review 1：We did not know (probably not understand) it was in someone's place. However, it was not bad at all.

Review 2：Very nice rooms, bright, extra clean. The host was lovely and very helpful: she left everything ready for breakfast the night before, as we had to get up and leave very early...

Review 4：Everything. Dianne is a very lovely welcoming host. The room is big, bed is super comfy, hot shower, high speed wifi worked perfectly in the room. Nothing to fault. The whole place is very clean & tidy. The host provided a lovely breakfast :) The place is very close to everything, 5 min walk to the ferry dock. Would definitely stay here again if returned to Whitianga.

Review 5：We arrived to find we were staying in a ladies apartment as opposed to a hotel b n b as pictures led us to believe. The pictures provided were not of areas that we could use but in fact the ladies living area. The room facilities listed were not available i.e. The kitchen was in fact the owners personal kitchen, the outdoor seating area was once again hers and covered in washing, no fridge in our room, no hot tub in our room etc. On arrival we had to request the key and wifi code and during our 3 day stay our bin was not emptied, toilet paper was not replenished and the option of fresh towels was not offered. We felt very awkward in the apartment and feel that the advert should be reviewed to reflect where people are actually staying.

Review 7：There were no locks on the bedroom doors, which was a bit disappointing and there were no signs from the road.. which took us about 15 mins to find the place.

Review 9：Very friendly host, made us feel at home. She made an effort to meet us when we arrived so she could show us to our parking space. Breakfast was very good. Location very close to restaurants and wharf.

Review 10：Dianne could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and she also gave us ideas as to what to visit and where to eat.

Review 11：Arrangements for and on arrival went well and were met with a very welcome cold drink. Room was airy, sunny and comfortable. Proprietor extremely friendly and looking to make stay relaxing and enjoyable.
