Review 1：I had a perfect view of the beach, the room was clean and spacious with table + chairs and a balcony. My vehicle had to be parked in a nearby underground garage at extra cost.

Review 2：Very friendly staff who helped us whenever we asked. Comfortable room with excellent view of the promenade and sea always well cleaned and tidied. Food was very good and varied.

Review 12：Balcony overlooking the sea, beautiful. Our balcony doors didn't lock. We did report it but they didn't get fixed . That was our only complaint otherwise fantastic.

Review 13：I was not at all happy as we were kept awake very late on Friday night (in fact I didn't sleep until about 2.30am) because we were so close to the street outside which was extremely noisy and included a disco bar or discotheque which continued until late, followed by small crowds of people shouting and motor bike engines. Of course it would have been better if we could have closed the windows but the hotel had switched off the air con for the winter......!!!!!!!!!!! The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. Staff were not friendly at all. A smile would have been nice - especially at the reception desk where 5 different staff I met couldn't raise a smile between them! After asking 3 times I got moved to another room where neither of the two plug sockets in the room worked and (lo and behold) the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work.again. This '4 star' hotel is really a 3 star and you should consider that when looking at the price.

Review 39：The bathroom, inparticulary, the toilet was very smelly at times. There was obviuosly a drainage problem. The other problem I had, which for me spoiled my stay, was the fact a porter entered my room when I was present ( at ten in the evening ) without being invited in and I had no clothes on and private materials placed out on the bed. Very embarassing. When i complained to the reception and then later wrote a letter to the manager they did not seem to care.

Review 40：The view and balcony overlooking the sea was great. The room size was great and the bed very comfortable. A good choice for breakfast.

Review 41：Pillows were most uncomfortable even after changing and bed was uncomfortable. Overcharged an extra night on check out and billed for mini bar when not used. Credited when challenged but simple mistakes of this nature should not occur and left impression it was a way of generating extra income.
