Review 1：A very good place to relax and unwind with family. Thanks to their staff, Marlene and Jing, for taking care of us during our stay. We really love this place. Indeed, a home away from home.

Review 2：Quite far from the main road & the city. If you're a city person & loves to go home past 11pm, transportation accessibility is quite an inconvenience but can be negotiated in advance. The A/C was so noisy the whole time. We just use it at night since we're always out day time. Shower dysfunction just after a day (water keep dropping). We informed.

Review 3：Love the seclusion & privacy. Very peaceful. Staff was very helpful & friendly. The place is like your own. There's a feel of serenity. Very homely. Jing has always the shy smile even she's tired. A bit of a walk from Dumaguete scuba diver center (if you want a fun dive or certification for scuba diving, this place is very helpful). Good neighborhood. Feels like you're in a farm haha

Review 4：Adding sliding screened doors to the common areas and bedrooms would be beneficial. Keeping the doors open with use of fans verses using the aircon in the bedrooms.

Review 6：It is difficult to find. Just one restaurant in the village. There was a family of 12 people staying in 2 rooms in total!! The kids peed on the bathroom floor in the middle of the night, in the garden and maybe in the pool. The adults in the company did not care. They were also looking for flees(?) in each others' hair - grose. Their untidyness was very annoying - otherwise I like kids & a lot of people around me.

Review 9：The location on booking map was wrong, very difficult to found. The reservations were made by the owner which is not at the guest house, so there was a lack of communication because of the reservation.

Our terrace was facing the sea the view was amazing. We enjoyed the Beach, looking at the snorkeling people. we learned that there was a restricted coral area,with numerous fish and lots of coral. The staff were very kind and helpfull with everything. We appreciated the possibility of making our own food. And we enjoyed the market with fresh ingredients i walking distance from the Beach house. We also enjoyed the restaurants in the area. In our opinion we certantly got value for money. If possible we will revisit J & P

Review 21：There is no restaurant attached to the guest house which means you are restricted to the resort type places further along the beach for your meals or the Dauin Dive cafe which offers excellent value meals 10 min walk away. Unfortunately that closes at 6pm. The guest house does have a kitchen if you're up for cooking yourself.

Review 22：Very friendly staff make you feel very welcome here. Rooms are clean and comfortable although no tv in the rooms if that means anything to you. There is a tv in the living area however. Nice place to relax and unwind.

Review 45：Wife of the hotel ower never greet to the customers even one word of welcome when she meet us. And she never work for the hotel but just enjoy playing with her freinds at the hotel pool for swimming. She should be thanful to these nice hard helpful and reliable stuffs as her life is supported by her husband and these nice stuffs.

Review 46：Hotel is located just in front of the beach, only 30 seconds on foot. As they have a nice sanctuary area for corals and fish, we never regret for visiting here for snorkeling and also for diving. At the same time, as this hotel, there are two excellent stuffs who manage this hotel from taking care of the customers to cleaning the room. They are just excellent stuffs whom I have never met at any hotels in the Philippines while the owner and his wife stay out of the hotel without doing anything for the hotel and customers. Thanks to these two nice stuffs, we could really enjoy our one week vacations with a big help of them with always a full of sweet and warm smile to us!! And as the kichen down stairs are well maintained so clean and equiped enough, we could enjoy our three times meals everyday for all free including fuels and mineral water and refrigerator situated beside the kitchen besdies the one in the room. Let us say once again, deep thanks to these two stuffs, Mrs. Gane and Marina. And husband of Gane was so nice to us although his is a stuff of Government Administrative Institution of Dauin. We will be surely back to enjoy our holidays there to meet three of them!!

Review 47：Wifi either very slow or virtually non-existent. One of the reasons we booked was because it said there was wifi throughout the house, as I had work to do. This was only true close to the router on the 2nd floor. It would have been nice if there were basic breakfasts served, even at an extra charge. We like to relax and have a long(ish) breakfast where we stay. There was no mention of this in the description.

Review 49：actually, the only thing would be more restaurants nearby would be nice, but the kitchen use is great and there is places to eat within walking distance.

Review 50：everything. the place was nice, the staff was nice, it was clean, the snorkeling was awesome...... great place. the owner and the caretaker really care, which is rare nowadays.
