Carlo Gaggioli and his daughter Maria Letizia have been running their family business since 1972. The hotel has developed over the years around a small, ancient group of houses behind the historic Castle of Zola. The country farm is famous for its fine Gaggioli wine, produced in the vineyards.
The villa is composed of 7 spacious and fully-equipped rooms where you can relax after a day spent enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings.

Review 1：- Wi-fi connection never worked when I needed - Noise from the hallway in the morning - The price was too high, almost 120 euro per night, and breakfast was not included
Review 2：- The location - at almost 20 km from Bologna, in a very quiet area, surrounded by vineyards - Nicely furnished rooms
Review 3：Zola Predosa is close to Bologna but not much of a town itself. At the agriturismo staff was always harried and never offered to serve us a glass of wine. It is a winery after all!
Review 4：The room was basic and reasonably comfortable. The shower worked very well. The location is pretty, in a suburban town but on the outskirts and comprising a vineyard and wine factory. Breakfast was very good. Wifi internet was available though you have to ask.
Review 5：Tiny rooms (especially single room) Noise level inside the place is very high, especially when restaurant is open - it is on the first floor and rooms are on the second. Owners are not very friendly and hardly speak any English.

Review 9：Superbly placed for Bologna , a friendly welcome, spotless well appointed rooms, excellent food and wine , well priced and being greeted with a bottle of the vineyards own wine was a really nice touch as was the rose for the wife on leaving, excellent.
