Review 1：I stayed in single room which is very small, but everything was as described. The room was very clean and heating was functioning well. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel

Review 2：The gentleman at reception upgraded me on check in which was very kind. He pointed out the difference in price between the room I booked and the upgrade. I understood that was to show how much they appreciated my regular business. Odd though that the next morning that I was charged the hirer price for the upgrade room. I was too tired to argue!

Review 4：In a four star hotel, maids should not forget to clean the rooms, nothing should be broken or missing (shower door had holes in it, missing closet handles), there was no available iron and ironing board, it should be available per request of guests and be brought to the room when needed and not to be fixed in the laundry room and be meant for the use of maids only.

Review 6：The wifi was a bit weak The room was a bit odd, I had a double bed and a single (not sure why), and there was also a table, and a chair and a unit thing -- with the result that the room was quite cluttered, without much floor space. fixtures etc. were a little tired -- could do with a refurb at some point Bed was ok, but not the best.

Review 7：Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, right in the centre of Tivat. The attached restaurant was very nice, great soup. Breakfast was good.

Review 10：Constant noise from some kind of generator in the street. I had to close window to get rid of (to some extent). It can become stuffy (but was ok for me). Tricky air conditioning (not clear whether it is present or not).

Review 11：Good location (closest beach is 1 min, all required shops are near). Extremely friendly, amiable and helpful staff. They will get information and will translate it to English for you :). I really liked their English:). Breakfasts are excellent and big enough so you do not feel hungry (that enormously big crepes were fantastic). All required stuff is present or easy to buy in nearest shops (though I had no need to buy anything).

Review 14：Bath should be repaired. There are some black fungi on the silicon around the bath edges which should be cleaned and repaired, as well as the ceiling which has small damages caused by water leaking spots

Review 16：No elevator (staff from reception helped me to bring it up and down the stairs). Very small room, a bit shabby (it actually adds character to the hotel, so it's fine). Not a great view from the window, but you don't have to sit inside all day, right? :)

Review 17：Really nice and helpful staff, both reception and restaurant; fantastic breakfast is made when you come downstairs in the morning and choose what you like from the menu, so it is cooked specially for you. You can have it inside the restaurant or enjoy some fresh air. Perfect location close to the airport and town centre. Such a cozy little nook :)

Review 43：Bosko at reception was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to be helpful! The breakfast provided was excellent, as was the coffee. I ate one other meal at the restaurant and the staff were very helpful and the lunch delicious. In addition, the staff were very honest - I had left stuff in my room and they made sure I got it back.
