In the morning they were brewing a new big pot of coffee, but I was kind of late for my train, so 10 mins wasnt enough...and they offered me a free cappucino, just because there were no coffee avaliable! we didnt have a key from the bathroom, and I came downstairs to ask for one...they found it and they offered to move me to the different room- on the same floor- so I didnt need to husstle with my bags...and offered a free compensational drink!!!

Review 5：Awesom!!! Right from the first step in you are in good hands! Friendly and open hearted staff are taking good care of you! it doesnt matter how many bags you have and how big they are, the first thing - they unluggage you!!!! haha! So you dont need to worry abt it anymore. then they offer a welcome drink! then you sit down and apply form! not standingnear the reception and holding the line! Rooms are very big, each had a bathroom! beds are comfortable and have white, clean, new sheets, also white towels. all are free!!! in some other 12 euros/night hostels you have to pay for sheets, then for towels, then for breakfast and some tourist tax. Here - no extra charges, free breakfast, free dinner, free food in the kitchen, not just leftovers from the other travellers, free food, that hostel provides you to cook! lots of fruits: apples, oranges, pears (free). They have laptops you can borrow, wifi routers...locks for lockers.... There are a lot of activities in the hostel...and not just board games for the companies staying there. Staff are inviting you for it and organizing a company, provding free shots to cheer everyone up, and when they see people are good team they just let the party continue! Bar is open 24/7! This social area is on the first floor- so you can party- and then sleep normally! !!! It's just 50 meters from the train station! super close for those who like me travel with huge bags!!! They also have a luggage room where I left my bags for 2 days(1 stayed one night- left bags, came back, stayed another night and then went home) Just a short resume- they dont see a problem in any question or any request you might have. All are very positive and willing to help! General price might be a little higher than other places, but it really worth it!!! Thank you so much!!!

Review 6：The Hostel is perfectly located in Milan Central and Metro Station, there are Many restaurants near by that you can easily walk to from the hostel, The hostel staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 7：Great atmosphere, I met a lot of new people and discoveder the city with them. The staff was really nice and cool. Breakfast every morning and trough day there was always hot water for tea and fresh fruits. Dinner was amazing and simple, the way I like it and there was always free food in the kitchen, you just had to cook it yourself :) I had a private room with a bathroom and it was clean and nice, with a view on the city.

Very good value for money and a great place to meet new friends! They offer all kinds of assistance: from borrowing laptops and tablets to modems for your day trip! You are given bed linen and a towel to no additional cost and food is included in the price you pay for your stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hostel has all kinds of free to use facilities such as common areas with TVs and board games, a small library, table soccer, rooftop garden etc. The bar is open 24 h. All in all a great place where to have a good time!

Review 23：- The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The fact that the bathroom was shared but for the people in the specific room only is definitely a plus. The room, even if small, was comfortable and warm. - The kitchen and common area with free snacks/food available 24h. The breakfast included. Also the good environment in the hall/common room and bar with nice music, and musical instruments available for free use, and also the nice games area downstairs, together with the comfortable living room. - The wifi was good. - The staff was also very nice and available. There were free maps/tour guides available at the reception.

Review 28：No bad experiences, it was just a little noisey when we were trying to sleep as you could here the noise from the bar area down stairs. But it's a hostel so we kind of expected it!

Review 29：This hostel was great. It took us a while to find it, but when we arrived they offered us a drink straight away while we filled out the paperwork. The room was very clean and tidy. The facilities provided were excellent, the only thing was the hairdryer in our bathroom didn't work. But we would definitely stay there again. We only stayed 1 night and wished we had stayed longer.

Not only the perfect location it is, but it also try to make you feel like a home I'm Milan. The free-use kitchen with prepared free simple food and material for those who want to cook on their own. You can totally receive the warm and welcoming message in every detail they deliver. A good choice and a hotel more than 10 point ranking.

Review 55：I paid a lot for laundry and was promised it would be ready when I check out. When I went to get it they told me it need to go in the dryer for an hour. I asked if I could rest into room until it was ready and was told "No". Missed my first train waiting to get it from them. When I HAD to go they finally gave it to me. It was not dry but damp! It was not clean!!! It was as if they forgot to do it and they just ran it under some water real quick tried to dry it, and try to pass it off as clean.
