Review 1：Noisy neighborhood. You won't be able to sleep very well

Review 2：The rooftop terrace offers the opportunity to meet other young travelers. In our case we met some great individuals with whom we continued part of our trip. The train station is close by from where you can easily go south to Hikkaduwa, Galle etc.

Review 3：There is no hot water in the room. This hostel is not in Colombo although the name leads you to believe it is.

Review 4：Close to Mt. Lavinia beach. The hostel owner allowed us into our room 1 hour early after a long flight, he was very helpful with our questions and was happy to give us extra sheets. An area to prepare food with free tea and coffee.

Review 5：Michael the manager was very helpful & friendly. Chamy the other younger employee was extremely accomodating & informative about local events & even made suggestions where to eat & about the nightlife. Helped book a cab to the airport & conveyed clear instructions to the driver of my requirements. Very short walk to the beach too. Will be staying again in future when I have more time to explore the area.

Review 6：Nice roof top! This was a great place to start my trip. The owner was very helpful and gave perfect advise on how to travel cheap and convenient through Sri Lanka !

Review 7：No bedsheets. Although we did get one small set of bedsheets from the host when we went to complain about it, which was just about big enough to cover our legs.

Review 8：Friendly and helpful staff. The roof terrasse was the great plus, as it's a great place to shill at the end of the day with all the others. Makes a great place to start your journey, as you meet people who are ending their journey and can share their experience with you.

Review 9：Location wasn't ideal, but then Colombo in general is not that amazing. It was the best stepping stone for our journey into the rest of Columbo.

Review 20：The dorm was great, with a very clean and modern toilet. The lounge is an amazing place where you can relax and have a good cup of tea. The best is the view from the rooftop. Great hostel, close to the beach and the manager gives lots of advices for food, tour or things to do.

Review 21：Dinesh will email you and offer a bus shuttle for around 20us.. Take it! We didn't as we had some bags to sort out at the airport and ended up paying 30 with the dodgy guys at the airport. Beach hostel also offered to mind our bags for for 5 weeks saving us a bit of money and hassle at the airport. They'll also provide you with any info you need to get you on your way around the country. Don't forget to eat at the food corner next door. Fernando the owner will spoil you..with food and knowledge.. Top bloke

Review 22：One of the best places I stayed in Sri Lanka. The hostel looked good and was very clean. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. They genuinely cared for my well-being. I felt safe here, as a girl travelling alone.
