Review 1：Food was good, but sometimes took a long time even though there was no one else dining.
Review 2：The staff were very friendly and this is a great spot on the beach with good swimming. There is also a pool. Rooms are great and bathrooms were very clean with hot showers. We thought it was good value for money as we wanted a couple days relaxing not far from Dumaguete! Breakfast was simple, but yum and included in price!
Review 3：False advertising. Room is advertised as a junior suite. It is anything but a "junior suite". Dirty shared bathroom with the owner sharing the bathroom. Poor breakfast of 1 egg and toast. No fruit?

Review 9：We have lived in that villa 9 days! The hotel is called the dive resort,but they do not have a dive center! They do not have any dive equipment.They are asked to arrange diving at other dive centers and add money forit. The result is expensive and of poor quality diving. Because of thisdiving is unsafe. The tanks fall in the sand and dive equipment breaksdown. We immediately broke two regulators under water and has nothing tobreathe, the result of an emergency ascent. Need to re-look for a gooddive center, you can not dive with Gracie! Fighting cocks yell allnights and all days, you can not to sleep. The neighbor grow up thefighting cocks near the house. On the weekends local philippinostrangers come to the villa and stay all day on the territory. They aremaking bbq, shout, basking on the beach, in the pool, the childrenshout. Gracie makes an additional business! The result-your weekendspoiled for 2 days for your money! The restaurant is expensive. Villamanager thinks only of profit and money. Hospitality of manager isdeceptive. Check you total bill for all! They do not provide shampoo,shower gel, toothpaste and water, it is necessary to buy.
Review 10：Nice big spacious villa. Great views of the sea from the terrace on thesecond floor. Very comfort. Big bathroom, big dressing room. The feelingof country life. Wonderful pool. A nice quiet beach. The restaurant isvery tasty pizza. Kudos to the chef Pedro! Away from the hotel, near tothe public market.
