Review 1：Lovely staff, friendly family feel to it. We used one of the apartments across the road, which was ideal for our trip. Really clean with all the things you need - except WiFi! Location is fantastic - central with loads of parking and very close to the lake.

Review 6：The location is probably the best you could get in Salo, not even a 2 min walk from the lake. There's a supermarket 5 mins walk away and a taxi service opposite the hotel. The staff are lovely, they will go out of their way to help you. We borrowed their bikes for the afternoon and went cycling around the lake.

Review 8：Fantastic family run hotel, Erica was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble for her, her brother helped us get a great deal on a taxi to Venice and I can not fault the staff in any way at all, some of the larger hotels need to visit this hotel to find out what customer service is all about. Best hotel stay in ages, and we certainly get around everywhere.
Review 9：Friendly staff Good facilities Good location Goodvalue Lovely quiet resort, I was travelling with my elderly parents and both the location and the apartment suited our needs. Breakfast in the hotel was included and gave a good choice. We ate in the hotel a couple of nights - food was good and reasonably priced.

Review 11：What a kind family run this hotel! I like these places - family busines and busines for family.Erica is very helpful ,talkative and optimistic hostess. They provided me with well-fixed bike, as Salo is perfect place for cycling!
Review 12：We stayed in their two bed apartment not part of the hotel but only just across the road, great place. Erika greeted us when we arrived very friendly as were all the family and staff. Four of us all late 50's / early 60's we had a great time. Loved every bit of our stay will certainly go back again. Fantastic value for money...

Review 22：View from room from balcony on main street to Garda lake. You can sit and observe in evenings city life from up, down are street restaurants with music, may be for somebidy it will seems noisy, but who likes society will enjoy. You can close the door to balcony and sleep with air condition - bonus, this August was really hot! Staff is friendly, downstairs restaurant facilities, which has lovely light design with antique furniture, and You can enjoy Italien kitchen direct in the hotel. In one minute walking is Garda lake with famous Salo town Promenade.

Review 24：Excellent location, very central. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, lots of options to choose from. Hotel has special agreement with local car park, 5€ per 24 hours which is very convenient.

Review 26：Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room with balcony. Nice, comfortable public areas. Great location a few metres from Lake Garda. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own car park there is parking out the front (if you can get a space - I didn't) and plenty more within easy walking distance so it was not a problem. In fact I enjoyed the walk to the car each morning the place is so beautiful.
