Review 1：We stayed in #16. There were 4 adults so my husband and I got the short straw and stayed in the back room in the single beds. We did not get much sleep due to the noise from a generator or aircon unit outside the bedroom window. It was so loud I didn't all I got was a headache. Room walls are very very thin so be prepared to hear other peoples TVs and crying babies.
Review 2：Staff were very friendly. Pool is lovely and clean. Beds were fairly comfortable and the price was good.
Review 3：Room was not like the photos Owner/ manager was grumpy and not very welcoming couldn't get wifi and due to the grumpiness on arrival was not game to ask him for assistance. If l had seen the room first ( before paying) we would not of stayed there. Stain on carpet and chair cushions, towels old and need replacing

Review 5：The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms very tired and dated. There was nothing available in the room at all telling us about the on-site facilities or local area - not even a breakfast menu.

Review 9：Room was not serviced on the Saturday. Clean towels just thrown on unmade bed. No information in rooms re breakfast or things of interest in Bundaberg. Very noisy at night when attached restaurant was cleaning up. Room was not as described on booking.com. certainly not an executive studio. Needs refurbishment. Would not recommend it.
Review 10：Bathroom in bad condition with less light,small windows w/o fly screens,very hard to open.in the room-old wooden blind was hard to open,clock was not working,room with view of metal fence. We will not go there again.

Review 12：The room had everything for our purposes. Although we didn't cook, there were facilities to cook. 3 great size bedrooms plus a lounge area, and a dining table. No hassles with checking in or out. We had a late check-in and it wasn't a problem for John.
Review 13：John, the manager, is very welcoming and seeks to make guests feel at ease. Walk to Riviera from train station and to a host of new (and long standing) excellent and often exciting restaurants.
Review 14：This motel appears to have been built in the 60's and it shows!!. Although the bed, TV and a few fixtures have been upgraded, the remainder of our room was quite dated. In my view - overpriced. I was expecting something better.

Review 18：Stayed here for the one night on a business trip, the room was extremely comfortable. The little restaurant in front of the hotel was fantastic value, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back.
Review 19：Plates, bowls and cutlery were not provided, so the microwave was not used. The water pressure in the shower was inadequate and the mirror on the side wall of the vanity was useless. The room and the whole facility was very dated. The tiles, painting and furnishings were new in the 1970s.

Review 25：What I saw online was not what we got in real life. The room we had was very dated and nothing life the online advertised rooms. This was dissappoinig as the room price wasn't any cheaper.

Review 27：The room pictured on my booking had a full sized fridge and oven in the 2 bedroom apartment, on our arrival we were given a room with no oven and a mini fridge. The room was quite perfume from a plug in scent which is not suitable for allergy sufferers either. Not sure if masking the smell emitting from the fridge.

When there, we were told the room was still occupied as the guests didnt want to move out that day. So ended up in a room beside the road. It later transpired that the first room we booked had no one in it all night. Arrogant manager, definately not recommending this place

Review 53：we stayed in a family room and we're very impressed. good amount of space and everything was very clean a real credit to the housekeepers and the manager. even small things were done well, good sized towels and lots of soap (we've got three boys and stayed after BMX racing). It was a cold night and the heater had been turned on when we arrived.
