Review 1：Valentina was wonderful and extremely helpful! Great location and Kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds in good sized, clean rooms and bathrooms. We only had 1 night, but would definitely stay here again.
Review 2：It was wonderful! We planed to stay only a night, liked it aber so much, that we booked for longer! Thank you for the great time there! Breakfast was fabulous! I loved the home-made cake! Wonderful host! The owner even gave us their park-spot to park our car just 50m away from the hotel!
Review 3：Beautiful hotel & room - old building very tastefully modernised. My room (30) was perfect, great bathroom too. Added bonus was roof terrace with hammock from which I watched the sun set behind the mountains. Valentina the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Location very close to main piazza in the old town, off Via Prettoria, close to local bars & restaurant. Worth mentioning most of the town is accessed by escalator system (scalia mobile) - useful for getting around, and to hotel from Potenza Centrale station. The people of Potenza deserve a mention - I found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely stay.

Review 11：Situatiated in the center of Potenza, really traditional old Italian style center, with all bells and whistles...old house with a lot of character where you feel at home immediately. The owners are super nice, speak english and were of great help to me. I just loved staying here and would be back any time.
Review 12：Little hard to find but manageable as owner spoke English so were able to phone.The breakfast was tolerable. I know breakfast is not a 'big deal' in Italy and I did not expect a 'full English' but in a place of such quality they could have at least provided fresh bread and pastries instead of the completely prepacked homogenous offerings laid out the previous evening. Spoiled our otherwise lovely stay.

Review 17：Very nice place in the downtown, close to the main attractions. Room even small was very clean. Good breakfast. Owner Valentina and her husband were very nice and helpful, she called me in advance and I asked to recommend me some parking. Instead she found the free space close to the hotel and reserved it by putting her own car till I arrived.
Review 18：The stairs are not very comfortable to use whilst carrying luggage! Parking is a bit of a problem.
