Review 1：This hotel advertised on booking.com that they had free wifi available in all areas. They had none at all, and were not able to direct me where to find it, as no English speaking staff existed. I gave up try to request a receipt for payment, which was also over priced despite the central location. The room was dusty in spots and the tissues ran out. Most disappointing was the poor heating in the room, which coupled with only one blanket and one sheet, made for a very cold Japanese winter night. The shower in the morning was only luke warm, we left as son as we could. Needless to say, I do not recommend this hotel.
