Review 1：Needed way more help at front desk. Only 1 maybe 2 people to help outwhile there was always 4-6 people at the time share counter. Really biginto to time share. When we arrived, it was really confusing on where wewere suppose to go or what we were suppose to do. Most employees did notspeak English

Review 3：Wifi just not up to standard for a hotel of this quality. Annoyingniggle, but in 2013 it should just be there alongside other basicamenities.Booking.com interface failure. First, booking confirmation hadn't arrived, meaning our check-in took over an hour. Second, there was no way to book more than one person per room - which doubled the price we had confirmed!! Finally, would have liked more genuinely "Mexican" food as opposed to a slightly bland "International" menu.
