Review 1：The greatest staff ever. They helped us in everything, so professionally and kindly!!! The location is just perfect! It is in the centre and it is quiet! The breakfast is great! Lovely hotel!

Review 3：location and friendliness/helpfulness of staff. excellent breakfast with wonderful cakes and pastries plus good selection of cold meat, cheese, cereal, fruit and some hot food including lovely ham and cheese crepes. went out of their way to find us a room with balcony on higher floor.
Review 4：Salo is a nice little town in Lake Garda area and Hotel Eden has a perfect location. It´s near the walking promenade, all the restaurants and shops and little beaches for swimming. It´s good to go out for a walk/run or even hike. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. We also got a peaceful good night sleep. Also air-conditioning was very silent (sometimes they tend to be very noisy).
Review 5：The shower wasn't powerful, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was no kettle on the room for tea or coffee. The wifi connection was poor and the lift was very scary and closed without any warning and didn't open.

Review 8：As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay our hosts were extremely helpful with all our queries and their local knowledge was invaluable in choosing restaurants and trips.
Review 9：My girlfriend and I stayed at Hotel Eden this past week. Everything was lovely. We traveled in the off season, which meant the town itself was a bit sleepy. But as we traveled by car, we were able to go up to some of the other town (Limone was our favorite). We also did a few hikes into the Italian alps, which was gorgeous. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we look forward to staying there again soon!
Review 10：Parking on site was a pain as staff had to come to let us in / out - it would have been better to have a code to get in and out. Whilst there were no delays in doing this, just felt it would have been easier with a code

Review 48：The family run Hotel Eden was a charming hotel in the perfect location in Salo. I was shown to my room and provided with a map of the area and nearby town. There was always a good service at breakfast and plenty of restaurants near by to choose from during the day. I couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were cleaned daily. My room was very comfortable with a small balcony to sit and relax on. All and all a lovely stay and would recommend to friends and family.
Review 49：The hotel is family run. The owners and staff were welcoming and really cared. The staff were smiling, kind and very helpful. They spoke English, a welcome bonus in Italy. They saved us some money with vouchers for local attractions. They told us where to park for Free (a difficult task in Salo) and if completely stuck offered a special key to a local car park that significantly reduced the parking fees. They gave us detailed local information on whatever we asked. The hotel is comfortable, quaint and is Highly recommeded.

Spotlessly clean- rooms very adequate. Quiet at night even though the hotel is so central in Salo. I'd recommend Hotel Eden and stay again if I return to Salo.

Review 54：Very welcoming hotel staff! All I asked to prepare for my daughter's birthday were done at the highest level! Rooms nice and comfort. Location excellent. Breakfast good and tasty. Everything was perfect!
Review 55：Apperently we booked a room without air- conditioning, by accident. The temperature in the room reached incredible temperatures. The hotel can better choose not to rent rooms without air- conditioning in the middle of the summer (and protect guests from overcooking) or to install air- conditioning in all rooms. After staying one night in this room we were able to upgrade to a room with air- conditioning. The co- owner was so friendly to move our luggage to our new room.
Review 56：We wanted to check- out at 6:00 a.m. Checking- out is normally only possible between 7:00 a.m. and 23:00 p.m. The co- owner was so friendly to be present at 06:00 a.m. and offered us coffee, tea, fruit and yoghurts in the restaurant before we hit back to Holland.

Review 58：The staff/owners are fantastic nothing is to much trouble. Spotlessly clean with a variety of food for breakfast. If you go during July/August book a room with air con its a must. The hotel is in the centre of town close to the quayside and local shopping district.Hire a car if you plan are travelling around the lake as the ferries can be quite exspensive if you do a lot of exploring.

The location is superb - very close to the lake in a quieter resort. Salo is a fantastic location for beach and mountains and is not overwhelmed with tourists. The hotel was very reasonable and was excellent value for money. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Review 63：The staff was extremely friendly and kind.The breakfast was rich, with various choices (cakes, croissants, panna cotta, eggs, cereals, ham, cheese, toast, tomato etc.) Double rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds and nice balconies. The sun terrace beautiful with the view to the roofs and the lake. Old town is very close. There are meny parking choices - if you are lucky, you can have a free one in walking distance. The town itself is beautiful! We are sorry that we were here only for two days - this was our favorite stay during our round trip.
