Review 1：The breakfast and the local taxes was not included.

Review 2：The location is good and the staff was friendly. Near of metro station, shopping and the bus station. Cleaning room and the service was good.

Review 3：It was freezing in the room, so we wanted to turn on the additional heater in the bathroom, but it was leaking and the only thing we achieved was a small flood. Only soap, no shampoo/gel in the bathroom. Very poor wi-fi.

Review 5：Front desk and breakfast bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They referred us to a great restaurant nearby called Tulipani. We stayed at the triple bed room and it was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. Walkable to all great attractions. Very close (~5 min walk) to the milan central station. All in all a good experience.

Review 6：Very cold room in winter, heating doesnt help at all. The floor is icy and isn't covered with any carpets. Building stands right above the metro line - every time a tram or train passes - the walls and ceiling shake and rattle. Lousy windows do not isolate from outside noise and cold. Blankets look like they are from the Soviet Union hotels. Poor breakfast

Review 8：This will sound really petty, but the grandma bedspread and curtains really offended me and didn't go at all with the clean, stark, modern look of the hotel.

Review 9：Proximity to central train station and express bus and train to the airport. 30 minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria. Flying out early? Don't stay at a boring airport hotel, stay here where you can still enjoy the city.

Review 11：Staff is very helpful, especally they help us carry baggages to the room. :)) this hotel hasn't the evaluator. All of staff is nice, they always smile and quickly response our inquired. And they kept my jacket with a small wallet which I forgot in the room after I checked out in the morning. They returned them when I returned to get the baggages on the evening. Absolutely I forgot them, I thought them in my baggages. It is very impressive.

Bed was comfortable and everything worked fine in washroom. Breakfast did not had lit of options but we felt it was enough consdering the cost they were charging for it.

I find out things for my self and don,t go my other reviews and I cannot believe people could complain about a few step to the first floor....The person on charge Bill was so helpful in every way....nothing was a problem. Review 23：Too intrusive. Too many questions. Not friendly. Room decorated like it was 1970. The attendant made me feel like I was doing things wrong and did not make an effort to make my stay a pleasant one. I likely would not return to this hotel.

Staffs were very helpful and cheerful, receptionist looked after our luggages as we reached before check in time, and our luggages were already in our room when we returned. Room is big, bed very bouncy. Wifi is very strong. Breakfast is from 8-11am, but when we were going to check out at 7.30am, the staff prepared and ask us to have breakfast before we go. Review 46：We booked and paid for a quadruple room over five months in advance. What we received was a triple room with another bed squeezed in making the room extremely cramped. There was supposed to be a fridge in the room but all we got was an empty cupboard. The room had absolutely no sound insulation at all. We could hear every car in the street go by including a street sweeper at 11pm and the trams over 50m away. We could hear people in the corridors, the next room and upstairs. Had very little sleep. The bathroom was small and the shower had no water pressure with the temperature changing from hot to cold regularly. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. I would never return.

They let us store our luggage until our 11pm train, showed us where to go in the city for the sights, let us use the wi-fi after we had checked out, and were there 24/7. Highly recommended especially if needing the Milan Centrale train station in close proximity.

After seeing a 71 year old lady take carry on bags up the steps he then carried our two suitcases up to the first floor landing. Next morning one of the staff carried our suitcases down the steps. Were we lucky or is this service provided due to the lack of an elevator? I shouldn't have assumed that these places all have an elevator.

Review 87：As many others have commented the proximity to the train station is brilliant for a short term stop over. The room we boked - a double was small but perfectly adequate and spotlessy clean. The walk into central Milan took about 20minutes. We found a great wine bar around the corner and spent time attempting to converse with the locals. Also ate locally and was impressed. Breakfast also perfectly adequate with the lovely gentleman happy to experiment by making me a mocchacino (my version). All in all excellent value for money.
