Review 1：A bit small room Can be a bit noisy (although when I was there it was empty as it was end of season)

Review 3：We arrived very late on our first day as our car broke down and next day it rained so we decided to leave late on our last day to enjoy the pool and nice weather. I went to re reception to request a late check out but was told they needed the room. As the hotel was quiet I checked on various web sites for room availability and was amazed to see how many rooms had not need sold that evening. (It was Monday night). So we headed for the pool and was a little shocked to find we had to pay €40 for the king sized sun beds as we were checking out that day. I refused to pay so we sat on the rickety sun loungers. At 11 the pool attendant came over and said as I was paying €15 each for these we could move to the beds. I had not been told of the charge nor was it written anywhere. When I questioned this, I was told by him that I couldn't expect to pay for three nights in a hotel and enjoy 3 days too!!!! I was not happy about having to pay this un disclosed charge so I went to speak to the manager. He was obviously sitting in the office (where the cash desk was) but instead of acknowledging me he said in italian (which I understand) to his team to let me wait in reception. After 10 minutes someone came out and said we could have the king sized bed for free until noon. I pointed out it was 11.55! I then asked again to speak to the manager, I waited again. His assistant then came out (the manager obviously doesn't get invoked with his guests) gave me two packets of salt as a gift and said they would waive the sun bed charges. I queried why I was unable to have a later check out when the hotel was half empty and she said it they like to have rooms ready for guests arriving in the next few days!!! So in my opinion, lovely hotel but I paid just under €1000 for two nights and in my opinion I there are just as nice hotels where you are treated as a valued guest

Review 6：Staff is amazing. Restaurant is great. The junior suite we stayed at was perfectly designed and well equipped. Bath amenities are of highest quality.

Review 7：Wifi was available throughout but extremely slow and difficult to properly use no matter where you were. The beach really isn't great, brown stagnant water and dirty sand...this isn't a fault of the hotel just the area and the additon of the pool makes you completely forget about the sea. This isn't a cheap place, you do pay for the quality, we really wanted to tip all of the staff at the end but the overall bill was prohibitive.

Review 8：Staff here were brilliant, at every and all levels, but Ismile and Nicolai were stand outs, nothing was too much. Beautiful pool, love the beds on the beach, love the food. Room was modern and clean and a good relaxing yet fun vibe throughout the hotel. A great place to stay for a weekend or a long period of time

Review 10：Amazing rooms within a beautifully modern hotel with a really cool vibe. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Plenty of sun beds with a vary attentive attendant, nothing too much trouble. Great place to chill out for a few days.

Review 17：On arrival, music was over bearing when trying to check inCheck in staff seemed a little confused over who should do what Too much Indonesian/Bali type furniture and carvings etc., if I wanted to go to Bali, I would not be in Italy! Bathroom shower cubicle was so small, my shoulders touched the sides Hard to put a finger on the issues, these might seem petty but after arriving after a long drive, these things add up, perhaps it is our age and the fit the hotel is looking for a younger vibe but.... Tea available in room but no kettle, bed sits about 100 mm off floor which can make it difficult, design although modern was not functional in rooms, no microwave in room, had stove and dishwasher but no dining table? Gas hot plate but not functional, no instructions found for working equipment in rooms
