Review 1：I didn't notice any airconditioning system. I don't know if it's always cool and fresh in Potenza, but in the event that it warms up there, it might be a problem not to have some A/C.

Review 2：The B&B was very stylish and was well designed. It was in the city center and near the main piazza. It was far from the train station, but the again, everything is far from the train station. The breakfast was abundant too, btw.

Review 3：The fact that our room was directly adjoining the common area kitchen, therefore didnt feel as private as the other rooms would have.

Review 8：There was no heating and it was quite cold. The breakfast was almost non-existent. There was dust on the shelves as if the room was not used for a while. The toilet was not sealed and for the same value I could have chosen a 3 star hotel. My mistake.

Review 12：Being a B & B I enjoyed the personal nature of the service. The young couple running the establishment were very efficient and accomodating. The rooms are oversized to include an extra single bed. Breakfast is delivered to your room at the established time. I would highly recommend it.

Review 13：The bed was hard as a rock, impossible to sleep in. I wook up 20 times during the night. No aircon and 2rd floor = very very hot. Bad smell in the 1:st floor and smell of smoking in our floor. Don't use this place if you are driving through, it's 30 mins from the highway on a hill with only one way streets.

Review 14：Clean, kind of big room and nice staff. Good location if it's the city you are visiting (you are probably not, this is not a city to visit).
