Review 1：Decor and rooms are a bit tired For a 5 star hot breakfast is severely lacking Parking management valet park - on return of vehicle it was complete chaos - it took 35 mins to deliver my car back!!

Review 5：The staff don't make you feel comfortable, they make difficulties during your stay. We checked-in at 19:00, the next morning, we just wanted to use -1-2 hours- the swimming pool and we (really) politely asked for an extension to check-out afternoon, even though, the parking lot was emptied, we've seen 10-15 keys on the reception left, there was around only 10 people in the breakfast, they lied and told us the hotel is full. However, we surely obeyed the check-out rules, but we've seen many people are checking out around 3:00-4:00. but, all the day we had to go to the -3 parking place 10 times. Forced to dress in the toilet due to there is no indoor or outdoor shower or dressing room in the hotel. Not to plan to stay there again nor advise anybody to stay. Breakfast was no more than a good B&B, poor for a 5 star.

Review 21：This hotel is a beautiful hotel, fab location, in a very good area. Close to the beach and some really lovely shops

Review 22：Unfortunately many things. The decor in the room and the bathroom was old and in desperate need of refurbishment. Our room was noisy but with a beautiful terrace facing the internal courtyard. Unfortunately the terrace was not cleaned and the courtyard was noisy so eventually that did not help. We were charged an extortionate amount for the car park even though they left our car in the courtyard and not in the garage and it had been raining at night. The staff at reception claimed that the car was insured against damage anyway no matter whether it was in the garage or in the courtyard but surely that's not the point is it?! The breakfast was poor and of a bad quality (the fruit salad had fruit gone off). This is a run down 4 stars hotel at most, it does not deserve the 5 stars rating and do not stay there if that is what you are looking for.

Review 23：The hotel resembles what used to be an excellent hotel maybe 30 or 50 years ago. Unfortunately it seems very much as if they left it at that state and it is in need of an extensive renovation.

Review 24：The Bathroom was in some thinks aged and need a update to fit 5 stars. I need to wait 15min to get my car out of the garage. Next day I parked outside. But they acted very fair and did not charged the parking. Breakfast was ok but no 5 star level. No natural healthy cereales just the sweet sugar stuff.
