Review 2：I drove down to La Spezia and stayed at the hotel on Christmas Day. Due to the long drive, I was hoping to have my lunch at the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel informed that the venue was full but after my request, they open up a table for me and my partner.

Review 3：We loved it, just want people to know that the kitchen has all of the equipment but no condiments (ie, salt, pepper, oil) so pack your own if you are planning on using the kitchen.

Review 4：Immaculate room. We had a spacious apartment with a separate bedroom, a small kitchen area, 2 balconies and a living room (kiddos slept on the sofa here). The hotel is modern and fairly new. Central location for traveling in touristy Tuscany (about 30 minutes from Siena, Florence and San Gimignano). Lots of parking. The hotel closes the gates at night, so also secure. Cars can get in or out of the gate with a little electronic swipe key that is attached to your room key. The breakfast was nice, a continental breakfast for a low price. This included the coffee machine which also gave hot chocolate for kids. The staff were very friendly and the man at reception spoke English better than I do. We traveled over New Year's weekend; I imagine EVERYTHING in Tuscany is significantly more crowded and strained in peak tourist season.

Review 5：We reached the hotel very late due to travel complications. The guy who opened for us was very rude and disrespectful. He was shouting and we practically had to beg him to check us in. We didn't see this guy again and the rest of the staff were great.

Review 9：The room (it was actually a small apartment) was not so clean. The shower was leaking and there was a problem with the cold and hot water until you find the right temperature. The wifi is poor. The breakfast is poor also. The eggs are cold. If you want some omelet or squeezed orange juice you need to pay extra money. It seems that the hotel gives you the minimum it can and for extra comfort it charges with extra money. It's hard to go out by night as the all area is very dark. The heater was not working and it was really cold in the room. The hotel staff told us that the heater does not work according to some Italian law.

Review 10：Very beautiful hotel with very beautiful pool. We got a room with the valley view and it was breathtaking. The hotel is close to highway so it's easy to get to san gimingano, siena, lucca, pisa, chianti, etc. The hotel restaurant (not in breakfast) is actually really good and not very pricey.

Review 11：It's a place for families and backpackers. The interior of the rooms is very basic, Ikea style, could be copy pasted to anywhere else in the world so no special touch of Italy or Tuscany. Very cold and dull design. Only one TV in the living room, can't lie in bed and enjoy a movie. Towels are replaces once every 3 days and in combination with a zero ventilated bathroom and air-condition that doesn't turn to heating before October (although it was already cold and rainy at night) it means the room and towels stay wet and dump all the time, very high humidity that is unpleasant. If only we could turn the aircon to heat it would have been a while different experience, I was willing to pay extra for that. Received ironing service but no laundry service is available which is strange, I've expected all services will be available for a price. Safe in rooms is a good thing though it was too small to harbor my 12" laptop, iPad barely made it in. We didn't use the kitchen as we were traveling all day, but the two most important things were absent. A kettle of any kind to heat water and complimentary coffee/Tea and sugar as many hotels even such with no kitchen provide. It rendered the entire kitchen unless to us so unless you plan to stay in and cook your own food, don't count it as an advantage. Bathroom was very small and the shower was bordered with a curtain that you can't avoid from it sticking to your body as you move around which isn't the most pleasant feeling as you know unlike towels these don't get laundered with every guest. I also banged my elbows a couple of times trying to maneuver in the small place. WiFi very annoying in the constant need to log n via a web page, very old fashion.

Review 12：Clean, functional needs well covered, excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Nice staff. Provides outstanding value for money, hostel price for full functional apartment with kitchen. Good for families looking for low cost stay but I think you can probably find villas with more of the local flavor and design for similar price.

Review 16：A hotel wich has higher standards for rooms compared with other structures in Italy. Large rooms, comfy , great bed , nice furniture, , silence, pool, clean air. Very nice staff, great cook. A lot of parking places - inside the property. Great point from wich to start explore the Florence area( 37 km away), Sienna, Livorno, Pisa, San Gimignano, Rapolano Terme, Grosseto, Valdichiana Outlet at one hour away by car.

Review 17：It is such a great place to stay as a base in Tuscany, very big comfortable suites, pleasant pool, great location, but most important of it all amazing staff ! We regretted not staying longer.

Review 22：Almost every thing!! It was a great stay. Nice looking hotel, very good clean room with a Super size balcony and beutiful views. The kitchen is very equipped(we cooked breakfats and toscany dinners there) and there is a dish washer in the room. The staff is lovely and helpful, the location for those who travel with car around toscany is perfect. Alot of wineries are in the area. There is a nice pool in the middle but we didnt try it.

Review 52：the pictures on the website look way nicer than reality... overall the place is good, but when going into details the quality is low. the bed and mattress seemed cheep and low quality, the bathroom and shower area were very small and crowded. and worse of all - the water stream in the shower didn't have a stable temperature - the water suddenly change to extreme hot and burn your skin! very dangerous, especially for children!

Review 59：We really appreciate the space in our apartment, because we have small baby, so we take care about many things. We really like the apartment in groundfloor because of the baby carriage. The hotel staff was so willing. The even provided us the apartment about 4 hours before check-in time, because we were already in the hotel (driving overning because of the baby). We really appreciate the hotel location close to autostrada.

Close to high way junction (2 minutes drive) , but still very silence. Great view, very silence. Large apartment (2 adults + 3 children), fully equipped kitchen. Apartment was cleaned on daily basis. Air conditions in every room ( total 3) Service was great, wonderful team. The village is relatively new (~2 years) and well maintained. Close to 'coop' market. The location is excellent for touring all the small towns in the Chianti region, and also for day trips to Florence and Sienna.
