Review 1：The price seemed high for the quality of the complex. We stayed places all over New Zealand and this was by far the most expensive.

Review 2：We had a large apartment with a beautiful view of the marina. The room was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable

Review 3：The complex is large and very well-lit. Unfortunately the bedroom remained very bright all night. Perhaps some blackout curtains are needed in certain bedrooms. Internet connection was also a bit problematic, but I guess this is a small town in peak holiday season!

Review 4：Tremendous facilities - a large kitchen with all the appliances a visitor needs. The new washing machine and dryer were excellent and easy to use. The sitting space was large and pleasant. A large balcony was also a plus. The apartment was very close to town/marina. Ideal position to commence nice walks around the town.

Review 7：The drier cut out constantly which was very irritating because one of the main points of staying in this type of accommodation is to catch up with the laundry. Exterior of building is a bit like a prison

Review 11：From the moment we stepped into the reception office we knew we were in for a treat. The staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs, were very friendly and approachable. The accommodation was second to none - and what a view.

Review 12：Wifi connections wasn't good and would of been nice to have the apartment serviced and been given fresh towels for our stay. Apart from that was all good.

I was slightly disappointed with the location and really did expect a huge beautiful marina but instead got what seemed to be a bit of a pokey room with views over the local rugby field... I honestly did love the cleanliness of the room but it was a little shut out with not much light. From the photos I expected a lot more ... However staff were lovely and helpful!!

Review 37：The attitude of the office clerk on check in. Arrogance has no place in the Tourisim industry. We also left some very expensive make up which when we returned the next day was gone and had not been handed in (full bottle retail value $165.00).

Review 44：We enjoyed our stay in Whitianga and our accommodation was suburb! Glorious view in a stunning setting with everything we needed at our finger tips. Walking distance to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool and even fishing off the lawn!!.

Review 45：Very clean apartment. Good size. Comfortable beds. Conveniently located, close to all amenities. Kitchen well equipped - we had a couple of nights eating in. Only one sachet of laundry powder provided free of charge. If you need more you have to pay for them which I feel is rather "tight". Dishwasher powder and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge.

Review 47：The apartments are an excellent base from which to explore the Coromandel. The pool are spa are great, adequate gym, excellent kitchen and living area. Great coffee shops just around the corner and a lovely setting especially if you get a view over the marina (which I would request in future). The surrounding beach's of Kuaontunu, Hahei and the famous Cathedral cove are simply stunning and I highly recommend Otama for beach lovers. I left a charger behind and they happily posted to me on me. I will return.

Review 48：Marina Apartments!!! View from window/deck...second-hand clothing shop and emptysection!!! No servicing of the room, and, had to ask for change of towels!!! Bathroom very small.Service at check-in poor!! Have stayed in many places but will never go back to this one!!

Review 65：We had a 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom apartment. In the 3 bedroom apartment we had 6 people (which is the recommended number of people) but there was only one bathroom which really wasn't ideal. Plus we ran out of hot water after the 3rd person had showered in the morning do the rest of us had to have cold showers. The 3 bedroom apartment was quite run down with water marks on the ceiling and bits of carpet missing. With a bit of maintenance the place would be great and if we stayagain we definitely won't be getting one of the 3 bedroom apartments.

Review 66：The location is awesome - 2 seconds from the main shops of whitianga. Spa & pool are lovely - perfect for a soak after a long day. Staff were helpful and the views from the apartments are great. All in all we had a great stay and will probably stay again next year for the scallop festival.
