Review 1：Very bad service taking minimum 2 hrs to bring small things like water or milk . Cost too much . No cleaning . Pics uploaded in website is different then natural view . I highly disappointed to stay there. I will suggest not to op that hotel.

Review 2：the staff were friendly, particularly the older man from the restaurant/bar. he was very good at his job. He has worked in Dubai and now is teaching some of the younger staff. He has a job in front of him with the younger staff. other staff i the restaurant were lazy. they left dirty dishes around when they had nothing to do. very good time to clean up.

Review 3：Nothing bad really. Taxi transfers they arranged worked out a bit expensive so try to haggle. This was our first time so didn't realise until later. It is not very close to the airport and the taxi took us right through the middle of colombo (2 hours in slow moving traffic) so I wouldn't plan this as your first stop if you're arriving late as we did.

Review 4：Staff were extremely helpful. This was our first stop in Sri Lanka and they arranged airport transfer for us via email the day before we arrived. Large clean and comfortable room. Food was really good.

Review 5：We were given a very smelly room with full of cigarette smell on the first night, even though we specified we need a non-smoking room when we did the booking. The smell was so bad, our clothes were emitting this smell even after we were given a different room on the second day. Food were more expensive than in similar hotels.

Review 6：Location is close to the beach and to city. Rooms are very spacious. Reasonable shower/toilet facilities.

Review 7：Wifi works only at the lobby and restaurant. Not in the rooms. Guest not allowed to bring food or alcohol into their rooms. Inside room there was only one power socket was available; Which was far from the bed, Also found mould on the wall, missing bulbs and exposed mains cables, many more. Staff crew is full of young new trainees then experienced staff.

Review 9：The food was very limited choice on half board would not recommend it, better go for Bed & Breakfast. Two evening meals were cold from waiting to be to be delivered to our table, turned it away and only had desert. There is a problem with slow service as the Kitchen is so far away from the restaurant. Every meal was slow.

Review 10：Nice Hotel short walk to beach & shops, We liked the pool & sunbeds in the shady garden, The staff were very friendly. Lovely big room on the ground floor with big bed. The restaurant is nice overlooking the garden.

We had to wait 2 hours for our dinner to be served, then the food was terrible.The breakfast was disgusting, bread was stale only had a 2 slice toaster working so there again we had to wait for ages. Cleaners did not clean rooms properly, dirty sheets and pillowcases. Overall don't go there

Review 15：Poor service in the restaurant. Given how many staff are devoted to it, you would think they could get a meal prepared in under 30 minutes and have breakfast ready to go on time at 7am. Bed was too firm for me (bordering on hard). Wifi did not work in my room, had to go to lobby to use.
